My husband and I just bought two Torkers for touring. The service at Chico Bike and Board was awesome. Brian stayed open past hours to help us and to make sure we were completely satisfied. We loved how he wast giving us the sales pitch, but just wanted to sell us a bike that fit our needs. We also love the lifetime tune-ups with no appointment necessary. Thanks guys.

Not great vibes here, unless youre buying something. Then its all smiles. These guys are just way cooler than me. On the upside, they inspired me to fix my bike myself! Thanks guys! Edit: changed to 1 star because they didnt return me my light fixtures so I now have to buy new ones.
