Run!!!! Do not pass Go! Consider walking or taking the bus for a bit longer, rather than go here. I only came to JD because I was in desperate need of a vehicle and was told they will help you build your credit. True they will put you in a car, and they will help you with your credit. But if you want to give a lot of your savings to them, where you can actually save for either a cash car that possibly would beore reliable than those lemons then make sure you have a good insurance company with full coverage and ask to have gap insurance. I was paying them faithfully, on time for two years ofy three year contract, someone totaled my car and the their insurance co would only cover half the cost of my damages. I was told by JD they would rolle over in another lemon, and the balance would be forgiven. OK..went to test drive another car that was already showing signs of sourness and as soon as I sat down for numbers, my payments went from 450 a month for a 05, that had more mileage than the totaled car when I bought it to 810 a month for deferred. Thats not including the insurance. Its not worth it. I wouldnt shop here if I were you...

This is the first time I bought a car from a dealer. So I will probably sound biased for the lack of experience. I happy with the car I bought even though I think Im paying much more than the car is worth. Almost $12k for a car that was bluebooked at $8k. The process was really long and maybe that is normal too. I not sure. I arrived 10:30am and finally left at 3pm. They did mention $10 oil changes until the car is paid off. Thats pretty cool. I like the car a lot. I just didnt leave thinking I got the deal of a lifetime. I felt more like I was really just happy I got that over with with a slight, "am I ok paying more than bluebook value for for a car that is a 2003" but too inexperienced at buying cars to get to the bottom of it and just brushing it off as maybe this will be good first lesson in buying cars.

If you want an experience in major purchasing that makes you HAPPY to spend money, J D Byrider is the only place to go. From initial contact with Leah Ann (Sales Mgr) to Ashley Musoga (Saleswoman) to Lynette (Financing), this staff top-to-bottom is about as friendly, professional and interested in you as I have seen. Ever! So many places dont understand, or worse yet, dont care that bad stufff happens to good people. Better yet, this staff seems to have experienced those same bad things. So, they are human, they treat you human, therefore this human will make sure that they are identified accordingly. They are very different then any other car lot that iv ever visited, very friendly. Soon as you walk through the door you feel right at home with warm smiles and some dont shake hands, the givery hugs! Very nice people, and Id like to give a big thanks to David sales rep he is fantastic. They all work hard to fit your needs and if I could leave a million stars I would!!! And yes I will go back. Most car lots are all about money. But these guys are all about you and what u need. And what is ok with you. They dont push or rush and or make you buy. Walked in to JD Byrider today with hopes for a car. After being spooked out from Emmanuel in Desoto with his negative talk about them we decided to keep our appointment in Tyler which was the greatest decision we have ever made. We have been talking to Ashley Woods whom was respectful from day one. Ashley walked us through the process and Leann who helped comfort any and all doubts bout anything. I Absolutely LOVE this place! I Was able to do most everything over the phone, and was able to send in everything I needed via email. When I arrived to my appointment, I was in and out of there within a few hours... driving home in my new car! They worked with me on the down payment and made sure that I could afford the payments before anything was agreed upon. Everyone there is super friendly, and do their very best to make sure that you are taken care of 100%... Awesome people, great experience.

One word Rosi was AWESOME!!!! She made things go so smoothly!!! She was excellent and so friendly and the atmosphere was great the other sales reps was nice and the fiance department made sure we understood everything.... My experience at jd byrider was great I had Mrs. Ashley in customer service who made me feel as comfortable as possible she went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with any decisions that was offered to me she also explained the procedure of how they operate their deals and business and made sure every thing was in my budget range for me, great service and yes I would recommend a friend! Had my car for less than a month and went to go to work today and it wouldnt start. The day I bought it they told me they would take care of my battery and obviously it didnt happen, which made me late to work. They did replace it, but getting my car to them wasnt easy because my availability to get it to them. There is no offer for them to pick you up or drop you off which is inconvenient, especially since this could have been handled before I bought the car

My credit score is terrible and I was looking to rebuild my credit, plus I really needed a reliable car. Rossi and the entire staff here is amazing!!!
