Pricey for what you get.....my 10 pound bishipoo costs $73 here with nail grinding $68 without grinding...petsmart charges me $55 with nail grinding $45 without..not only that but the 3-4 hour service took 5 hours and on pick up his feet which were supposed to be shaved was sloppy and his nails werent ground though I had paid for them to be.....on the plus side the staff was very friendly and immediately corrected the issue...but it is an inconvenience to have to wait longer for the job to be completed.....I still like this place and would recommend it.....

The manager here is wonderful and real about care for animals. Knows our pup by name and when I pick up the wrong stuff, he helps me understand why. The grooming staff are very thoughtful and she is always in someones lap snuggling when she has to go. We never need to go anywhere else and the seem very honest about questions for her care. The immunization clinic has real staff who dont oversell and care about your returns. They always teach us great things.

This petco is priced probably 20% higher than everything on the website. Unfortunately, they no longer price match, unless you add in the shipping cost (which for small items is def not worth it). I took my dog to get groomed here once and my dog didnt have a very good experience. Shes used to being groomed but for some reason, apparently threw up twice here and was super nervous to come back. Since, I dont go here for grooming, but do for necessary items.

Staff here have been wonderful all through my puppys first year, offering great recommendations for toys to keep her busy and classes to engage her intelligence. Whether Ive needed more treats for training, a new bed to replace one shes chewed, or help to my car with a giant pile of dog food, this place has always been helpful. Bonus: a great return policy, which Ive actually never had to use because theyve given me good advice to begin with.

Its was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came in to get my dog groomed and a Asian girl basically told me that my dog cannot groomed unless I bring a certificate showing that she has been vaccinated for rabies . I told her that Ill be back in 15mins. I came back and they told me that I have to have a appointment. I got upset and walk out. Dont your money on these idiots who dont know common sense.

I take my dog to get her nails cut because shes a fiesty one. They cut her nails pretty quickly, and seem to handle her well. You can also find a lot of food and other necessities for your pets here as well. The shop is definitely not big like the other one in the city, so dont expect to find too much here.

Lots of supplies packed in to a small space. I feed my dog raw food and they had a decent selection. There is also dog grooming and dog classes at this location. Parking is easy at the large strip mall parking lot. Theres also a Lucky Foods, Ross and other things in this location.

Amazing service and new how to customize dog toys to meet the needs of the customers. We needed a toys to be less noisy for our apartment, and we were shown how to modify my dogs favorite toy to work...So smart...Also the treats have a various, healthy selection.

Not a very memorable store, but they did have what I was looking for, and the prices were decent. Store hours are pretty tight, and the parking lot is absolutely treacherous, so I wouldnt recommend going there during potentially crowded times of the day.

When you come here, the side lot is best place to park and less crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful here. Dont forget to sign up for a Pals Reward Card if youre a frequent buyer. They also have cats/kittens for adoption.

Theyre always helpful here. If they dont have what I need they always try and get it from another store. Christopher and brandon helped me start a fish tank and all my fish are doing amazing!

Excellent staff and groomers are great! Their stock is sometimes lacking having you make multiple trips for all of your supplies. Great variety of products and clean facility!

Very pricey, not often crowded, good store staff. They are usually moderately stocked, but the selection of cat things are somewhat limited compared to dog items.

The store is arranged in a strange pattern where you cant find anything on your own. Not a great selection. Also parking is usually difficult in this lot.
