If you like fish or own a fish tank stay away from this store. I went there 3 days ago and many of the baby goldfish were dead or dying. A store associate told me that they had a bad batch and that was it. I feel bad for the poor fish but continued to get my fish food. I saw on the other side of the store beautiful, healthy looking plants for fish tanks. I got one for my 8 year old goldfish. That was on July 7th and I introduced the plant on July 8th. Today is July 11th and my fish died this morning. A huge, healthy comet goldfish. He developed signs that looked like the dying fish I saw on the store. Which only means the plants were in contact with infected fish. As i researched this morning I found that the bacteria is called Columnaris. I wish i could do anything but it was too late. This bacteria kills fish in 24h. My tank was perfect, clean water, proper aeration, 2 filters, 8 years going strong and one error on the petstore contaminated all and killed my fish.

For food and supplies, this store is clean and the staff are friendly. For grooming services, this is not a great place. We brought our Pomeranian in to get a sanitary cut and nail trim. The cut was poorly done and did not last more than a week. Additionally, the nail trim was atrocious. We paid to have her nails trimmed AND filed. When we picked her up, her nails were sharp and broken. It was as if they mashed her nails down with a blunt blade, and they clearly didnt file them at all. I refuse to bring her back to this store, since it looked very painful and careless. I would not recommend this store for grooming...

I went there for fish and the aquatic expert was patience and funny. He is a great resource for aquatic pets questions and was patient with our picky and slightly indecisive attitude. Also, the customer service lady was very kind and friendly. I cant speak for all the pets services they provide, but overall, BEST service I have ever had at a pet store.

The grooming people here have always been nice. We take our dog here to get groomed even though we live in Lake City now. We had a bad experience at the Northgate Petco where they judged us for not brushing our dog enough, but everyone at the Interbay one has always been super friendly and understanding :)

The staff is always friendly and helpful, the location is great, fast checkout. I wish the dog section had more selection, but its decent. Im not a big fan of Petco but this one hasnt let me down.

A nice enough pet store. They have a decent range of products but finding them can be an issue. The way the store is laid out is a bit strange so it can take a little while to find what you want.

Best pet store with great atmosphere for you n your pets has a vet in grooming too pets clothes toys,beds,kennels cats stuff also you can get dog training for $119.00 for about six weeks

Really glad that this petco is here, its much cheaper than the other pet stores around. for every $100 you spend you get $5 back. they always have what i need in stock for a good price.

This shop has a great selection of pet supplies. Theyre friendly, helpful, plus they work with the animal shelter nearby to help adopt out pets that are ready for new homes.

The groomer here nicked my dogs ear one time. I didnt notice it until I got home. I never really like how they cut my dogs hair anyway. I like Petsmart better.
