I had (still have) a problem with my iMac. I was told that they would have the problem diagnosed in a day or two and likely repaired in 3-4 days. I had to keep calling as the owner clearly told me that he doesnt "like voicemail... I dont leave voicemail." Im thinking, "isnt this a professional business?" Apparently not. The answer was always the same for nearly 3 weeks. "I think the problem is... I think the fix is... Im waiting to see if a used part becomes available... If its not, then Ill have to try..." EVERY SINGLE CALL!!! Not kidding!!! The owner finally caught my drift and said that I could pick it up if I wanted, and so I did... mostly. He handed my iMac to me. "My keyboard?" It took a minute for him to find it. "My mouse?" After 5 minutes of searching his totally trashy shop, NO MOUSE. Perhaps its because one of his 3 dogs in the shop ate it? To be honest, all three Australian cattle dogs were very adorable and kind. But seriously dude, you lost my mouse, AND you keep your customers computers on the ground where 3 dogs are walking around and losing hair? He ordered a new one and I took my dog-hair infested, unfixed, undiagnosed iMac home. 3 days later, I went to get the new mouse and BEHOLD, my old mouse! I wish I could give 0 STARS, but his dogs deserve better than that; its not their fault. 1 star it is!

The shop seems nice enough but the owner and staff are unreliable and unprofessional. They installed a replacement part that broke while I was picking up my laptop. The said they could fix it in another two days and then I didnt hear from them. When I called, they said the part order had been canceled and it would be another week. I canceled my repair request. Theyd previously told me they were open until 8, trying out new hours, but when I went to get my laptop at 7 they had closed. A sudden change to their hours could have been communicated on their website but Im not convinced its been updated since 2012. I left a voicemail asking them to call me back and confirm their hours and never heard back from them. When I went to pick up my laptop during lunch theyd left all the screws out and taped to it. This is a relatively minor complaint but after all that they could have at least returned the laptop in the state I gave it to them in.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Our Dell Computer was broken so we were looking for someone to diagnose it. There is another computer shop nearby which gave $30 diagnosis but when we checked their website, it said free so we went there. They took apart our computer and told us it was fried. It took them 4 days to put the computer back together (which only takes 10 screws). When we went to pick it up we asked if we could use our computer still, they proceeded to lie to us about our computer to try to get us to purchase one of theirs. When we went to leave, they told us we had a $50 charge. When we asked them why, since according to their website it was a free diagnosis, they proceeded to tell us that they needed to take apart the computer. When someone in my party mentioned that it would of been cheaper to go to the other place, they told us that the other place wouldnt of done all that they had.... Take apart a computer?

Took the computer and iPad in on a Saturday, and was told it would be ready on Wednesday. It took almost two weeks longer than was originally told, to just replace the screens. When my wife picked up the devices, the computer was returned, but not the power supply that was left with them. She went back to get her power supply, and was told they would need the computer back to give her a power supply. She went back a third time, and they could not find her original equipment power supply, and tried to give her 2 or 3 other generic ones, even taking them off other computers in for repair. Not happy at all, and will definitely not be going back for repair. There is no sense of urgency, no sense of respect for the property (my computer), and even calling to get updates on the service left a bad taste in my mouth, being told "I cant talk right now", and "well Im not sure". My recommendation, go somewhere else!

Wild Dog Computers is great! I had a broken thumb drive that several other professionals said could not be fixed or said it would take a lot of money and effort to recover the data. I called Wild Dog Computers and was immediately pleased by their kind and reassuring approach. Obviously nobody could guarantee recovery of my data, but Shane and Dennis had the best attitude by far. They offered to give it a try and would charge nothing if they had no success. That’s all anyone can ask. Luckily they were completely successful and charged much less than the other guys for better service. Their shop is easy to find and handy to the 540. I will absolutely use them for any other computer issues!

I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the service that I received on my Dell laptop! I was a wreck - I had spilled coffee on the laptop and I was frantic. I called them and Dennis immediately picked up the phone and said just to stop by and they would take a look at it. I could not be any happier that I did stop by. They are a full service store. They took a look at it, diagnosed the problem, called me back when they promised to, gave me an accurate price estimate and they repaired my laptop and returned it to me even earlier than the expected date! I also met David the owner while I was there and their 3 friendly dogs! Great people!

I recently purchased a slighted used MacBook Pro and have no complaints thus far. I was very impressed with David and Dennis willingness to help. Yes, I purchased a MacBook but however Im not as educated on the product itself but these gentlemen did an amazing job on educating me on the product. They provided and replaced the battery. They believe in quality and will not sale anything that isnt of such. I will be doing business with them again and highly recommend you to do the same.

Had an issue with bending/detaching of THE Lenovo Laptop hinge. Tech did the research and found it to be an existing issue. Fixed and cleaned up in less than 3 days - way better than sending it back to the manufacturer or thru a "big box" store who quoted 6 weeks! Laptop opens and closes smoothly with zero issues. LOVE keeping it local!
