Love the Mattress. Hate the store and the base. In the middle of the 2015 I bought 2 King size adjustable beds from this retailer. To say the least it has been a nightmare. First, they came to set up and install bed. Which the guys had no idea how to do. I was reading them the instruction on how to set up a bed! Then came the programing which took 2 hours. Then it was off to the second location and that took 2 2/12 hours. Oh I forgot to mention that the second bed, the cover was ripped, so I called the store and the owner said that they would order a new one and when it came in they would come out and replace it...Not so far! about 3 month ago one of the bases went out. Called the store and was told. "Thats not our problem call the manufacturer"... So I did. After 3hours on the phone they agreed to send out a tech 4 weeks later. Got that fixed! Now I have a base that is making noise to the point that it sounds like something is breaking. Called the store again looking for help...As if! Was told that the owner wasnt in, when I asked when he would be I was told" I have no idea, he is trying to set up a Orange Theory Gym". Fantastic! I will not ever do business with this store or the manufacturer of the base again. Love the Mattress...Hate the store/manufacture!

Hey guys! If you have back problems or pain DO NOT GO TO RELAX THE BACK!! The owner has HORRIBLE customer service, I was in the store for 20 minutes he did not once great me or ask me if I needed help! Even after he made a sale on a product he didnt ask if he could help me. I am very disappointed because I FINAY found a product that would help my back and I didnt buy it because I do not support horrible customer service.

Talk about relaxing, shopping here was a very comfortable experience. My salesperson (the owner) made me feel at ease, took his time explaining the options, and never pressured me to buy. When I did purchase, it was because I knew it was the right chair for me. Then I made the mistake of looking at a mattress! I will be back and Ill bring friends.
