Through the entire car buying experience, everyone was very unhelpful, uninformed, and the salesman did not know how to do his job. I walked away paying for more than the vehicles worth, an unfair interest rate, and additional fees that were caused by their incompetence. I wanted my brand new plate transferred by them when I purchased the car, it was not transferred and the issued a new plate to me. When I called to ask why this was happening, they lied over and over again claiming that it was my fault. Was it my fault that I paid for them to transfer my plate and they didnt do it? And then charged me nearly $100 for a new one? I will not bring business back to them and I suggest that anyone with any common sense stays away.

I came into look at a 2016 mazda and it has some issues and I wasnt in love, so i kept looking. There was NO pressure from any of the sales men which I have had issues with in the past. I worked with Ron and let me tell you, he made this process a breeze. I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. They give you a run around. They say your approved then have you run around for more information then say nothing they can do. Its simple your approved or not. They also have a junk warranty program 6 month or 6000 miles. If someone sells cars anf it miss up in the 1st 6 months then it was junk from the start.
