A while back my wife and I went to purchase a Chevy Malibu that we saw online. Being the salesmen that they are, they up-sold us on a newer more expensive Chevy Malibu. After a while of sales pitch... We took it home that night and two hours after we left the lot we decided it was too much for us... We had made a mistake with the purchase and just wanted to cancel that entire sale and get into the car we originally wanted... We did have to take a partial loan out for that car BUT the paperwork never was sent yet... We came in the following day (because they were closing when we called) to get it taken care of. Instead of canceling the deal, and letting us get the car we originally want, Tylers TRADED IN THE NEW CAR FOR THE OLD ONE... Not canceled the deal but made an all new one... This then made it to where we STILL were paying on the loan as well having an older model... If we wanted the NEWER car back... It would then be a whole new transaction... They were fighting us tooth and nail... The contract states they could cancel the deal at any time but they would NOT do so, even though we were still buying a car from them... We got F**KED to say the least.... They didnt care, my wife was in tears and the manager on staff smirked a little... Like they got some sick joy out of putting people in unnecessary debt and troubles. We would have kept the new car BUT between the car loan they wouldnt cancel and the insurance on a newer car, at that time could not afford BOTH a loan and a new car payment. Yes, I understand it was OUR mistake in doing so.. But, their contract stated they could have canceled the contract and we could have started fresh, done right by their customers and put us in the car we originally wanted. They still would have made money and they would have made life long customers and walking talking billboards... Now... I hate driving past the place... I still feel like I dont even entirely understand the situation to this day. It all happened SO fast and I was so infuriated that I wasnt thinking clearly... This company does NOT care about you and just wants your money and to ruin your life. After that, youre dead to them...

I am very disappointed by my experiences with this dealership but have continued to use them since they are the closest Chevy dealership. We are loyal Chevy customers and have prior experience with many quality dealerships in other states. This particular dealership continually overcharges for mediocre service, have terrible customer service skills and poor record keeping. If you go there for an oil change watch out for the "Tyler advantage plan" which they slide into the bill. We traded in a vehicle and they failed to give us proper paperwork. When we called the F/I department to correct it, we were told that they did not keep the appropriate records. All they have to do is print out a new bill of sale/contract. They said they would look around and call back but they failed to follow through. They replaced a windshield wiper blade without my approval (which is not a huge deal because its just a blade) and course charged an obscene amount for it. They post on their website that you get free oil changes for the first three years and they dont honor it. The main problem with this dealer is they dont honor their promises in writing where they are transparent and clear; instead they are hid behind "fine print" at best. If you do choose to go to this dealer make sure when you buy the car everything (and I mean everything) is in writing from the sales staff or you will be playing the "he said, she said game". There are great dealers that honor what they advertise, but unfortunately this isnt one of them.

Went in to service my 2016 Chevrolet Impala. Android Auto was released and in order to use it, my Chevy MyLink has to be updated. I pulled up to the service garage, immediately was helped, and I described what I needed. The man scratched his head and didnt quite understand. I brought up the Chevy website where it says "this update is performed exclusively by Chevy dealers." He said theyd take a look. After waiting over an hour, he came in and said "they told me its done, but the guy says your phone may need to be fixed." Obviously they had no clue what they were doing, because they didnt do a single thing with the entertainment system. My guess is they plugged in their diagnostic computer and expected that to do the job. Luckily they didnt charge me cause I wouldve been pissed. I wasted an hour of my time for them to do absolutely nothing.

All liers. Everyone of them. Ive been there 3 times now. All they do is waste your time and feed you lies. I dont know how this place is even in business. They rip you off And the way they do it. Is they send your report to every bank causing your credit to go down. And there doing it so that they can get the most money out of you. This place should be boycotted so that it closes down. And maybe get a new dealership that actually cares about its customers. Garbage place. All liers. Time wasters. And they dont even care. Thank you for reading this.

Great experience buying from Tylers. My salesman, Roger, worked with me every step of the way. They helped me get out of my old car and into a new 2017 Kia Optima. Roger stayed late two days in a row to get me into the car I wanted and even offered to help me clean out my old car. Could not ask for a better salesman or car buying experience in general. The finance department explained everything every step of the way and got me the best deal for my situation. Could not ask for more. Thank you Roger and Tylers!

We just leased a car from Adam T. (2014 Kia Soul, manual transmission). We had a great experience, and loved the vehicle. We were able to get the payments down to our price range, and Adam was really helpful, making sure we were sure about our decision and answering any questions we had. Recommended!
