I want to leave my current review because I still feel that its important. But please read to the end. Oak Motors managers did step up to fix this. We bought a Suburban from here and got into an accident and it got totaled. The Suburban had minor issues before the accident. We were not at fault for the accident and the Suburban was not yet paid off. We made our payments on time. We are very loyal customers. When it came time to get another vehicle, they gave us the run around because they couldnt find anything that fit around the budget/payments we were previously paying on the Suburban. After about a month or so with no vehicle, they found us a minivan. Which I specifically told the sales manager at the Shadeland location we DID NOT WANT. But we had no choice but to take it because we have four kids and no transportation and we are working. We have had the minivan for about 2 years now and it has been a complete pain in the ass! Everything from needing new tires($400), to new hub bearings on three wheels(at $230 a piece), to needing a new latch on the trunk of the van because it was causing the alarm to go off in the middle of the night($200), to a replacement hose because antifreeze was constantly leaking, costing us $15 in antifreeze a week to refill so we could drive it until we had the funds to get it repaired. We were given three free oil changes by Matt at the west side location on 38th street. But those $30 oil changes dont mean anything when we have to continue to spend HUNDREDS of dollars on other repairs/labor! Keep in mind, a lot of the money they charge is LABOR. About 50% of what youre going to spend to get something repaired is going toward labor. On top of the weekly car payments we make that are HIGH AS HELL for being such a "loyal customer". I feel like this place is my second home because I have to come here so often to get something fixed. And we spend AT LEAST 2 hours here every time we have to come. After we get this vehicle paid off, we will NEVER come back to purchase another vehicle from this company. Nor will we refer anyone. If anything, we will tell people to STAY AWAY. I gave them two stars only because of the free oil changes and that should have been done anyway. Thats called CUSTOMER SERVICE. -------(Continued) I am giving this review a day after the previous review was made. The manager of the service department, Matt called us to inform us that my last hub bearing and tire sensor that both currently need replaced would be done free of charge. Way to go Matt and the manager that approved this service! THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Its very much appreciated.

My salesman was great, Ryan always does an amazing job. Our first car no problems at all. Our second car has been complete HELL!!! Within the first week our battery died and we had to pay for it out of pocket. They did credit our account however we couldnt use it towards our payment. Second problem occurred where we had to have the Struts, Sway bar, Motor n windshield wipers, Headlamp casing. Third problem gaskets on the engine which required two weeks without a car and had to fight to get a loaner that was in horrid condition. But thankful we got it. Got the car returned and they NEVER completed an alignment. And told me I could schedule a time to come back with no sense of urgency. But why would they.... Its not their car. So first thing this morning I paid for an alignment. Only to find there is about $150.00 more in damages that need repaired. Oak Motors West Service department sucks. As well as their customer service sucks (Marvin and Colin). Moral of this story, Im PISSED and will never buy another car from them again at this point.....

I hate oak motors. I am the victim of a predatory loan according to my lawyer I will fight this with all that is in me. The car is in such bad shape they will not work with you. Reggie is a fast talker for commission. I dont care what kind of lawyers they have i have rights and i have the right not to be taken advantage of. Not only the fact that I was charged 7,000 for a 2001 buick Lesabre plus with financing ending up being 14, 000 dollars Then they gave me a car and had me drop it off in Anderson to pick up the car that they were selling me. So not only am I being charged for a 2500 Blue Book Value at 14.000 but Im apparently working for Oak Motors by dropping off and picking up vehicles with not pay. I have a list of people who are having issues with this same company and. The guy who was trying to resolve this issue in no longer employed with the company. it just too much to deal with Oak Motors has been the worst experience of my life

I purchased my vehicle in July 2011 and have had nothing but a great experience from the moment I pulled into the 38th street location until I drove off the lot later that afternoon with my new car. The day I bought my car had to be the hottest day that summer (we had to keep coming in the show room to cool off) and I was very picky about the car I was buying. Malcolm was very patient with me and took the time to make sure that we found a car that was not only in my budget, but was a car I liked and could be proud to drive. I was also very happy with the trade in value that was givin on my older Blazer that needed to be put out of its misery. My account manager Angela G. has been nothing but a true gem! She is very upbeat, friendly, and very helpful. In a nutshell, I am very happy with my purchase with Oak Motors and will definitely be purchasing my next car through them in the future

I could not thank Jenny White enough for her great customer service. I am single mom and I was driving a car that literally got us from A to B and sometimes C. I knew it was time to get a new vehicle and I wanted something nice and realiable. When you are so used to hearing people say" your credit score is to low" you get discouraged. I decided to step out on faith and go to Oak Motors and meet with Jenny. I went into Oak Motors still filling a little discouraged, but Jenny assured me everything was going to be fine. After several hours of questions and answers Jenny told me that I could trade in my old car and get the new car that I wanted with no money down. When I say angels really exist on earth they really do!. Words cant express how great full I am for my new car as well as Jenny White. If you are looking for a car you definitely should go see her and go get your blessing!

Tried to get a Cadillac... They want 5,000 down. They B.S. you for an hour talking about how they will negotiate prices blah blah blah. Then they come out with "no negotiating, we just wasted your time" I was willing to get the 300 a week to give them a good down payment. (A fair one) But they want to be GREEDY and ask for an insane 5 grand. Seriously? If someone had 5 grand, they would not be showing up to your dealership. They would take that 5 grand a get a BRAND NEW car with a better monthly payment. You people are horrible. Absolutely horrible. If you really wanted to help people like me you would be willing to work it out. Not be stiffheads on an outrageous down payment. Take that affordable sign off your window to. 5,000 is not affordable to anyone that walks through your front door looking for a car.
