I love this dealership. My salesman was Traylin, and he made me feel very comfortable and assured me that I would be getting the best deal...of course I didnt believe him at first. I dont trust many dealerships because I always feel like there con artist and dont care about anything but your money. I heard about Miracle Motor Mart through friend who got there care here, and I thought I would give it a try. My car had been totaled and I didnt know what to do. I came here, explained my situation, went through the many options of cars on the lot that were actually in my price range, and that was it. Kinda too good to be true, but my car being totaled was the best thing that could have happened. They gave me a newer custom car, way lower miles, and all for the same monthly payments I had on my other car. Stop in if your in the market for a car and definitely ask for Traylin. Thank You Miracle Motor Mart!

A great car buying experience! Ask for Corey! My wife and I went there to look and test drive a few SUVs for our growing family. We found one we really liked. There was no pressure to buy, but they asked good questions to find out how they could put us into a SUV. They even negotiated with us on our trade in value. They were able to get us a great interest rate. They were super friendly and helpful through the whole process. The best part though was we paid off our previous vehicle early and incurred a prepayment penalty from (5/3rd), unbeknownst to us. So when they went to get the title for the car it was showing we still owed $150. Miracle Motor Mart paid that for us! That really helped us out as we are on a strict budget right now. This is a great place to buy your future car. We will definitely be going back here in a few years to purchase our next vehicle!

My initial experience at Miracle Motor Mart-east was ideal. The salesman told me all the things he couldnt do rather than what he was able to do. On my second visit I worked with Aaron Clark and Sir Tim. I knew what vehicle I wanted to buy and knew my limitations in terms of spending/cost. Aaron and Tim scheduled time for me to return to test drive the vehicle (after it was brought down from the north location). There was a minor manufacturer defect that Aaron took the initiative to contact Germain to have the problem corrected under the existing warranty. Purchasing the 2013 SRX was quick and painless. Aaron continues to follow up with me to ensure Im satisfied with my purchase. I wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again.

After months of frustration dealing with car dealers, I must say that Jamie Byers was AMAZING! He has created a customer for life! I was treated with respect and dignity and was able to find the car of my dreams without being pressured into buying something I did NOT want! I was given the opportunity to purchase the car that I wanted to buy and not the car HE wanted me to buy! Jamie kept me in the loop on everything he was trying to accomplish for me. I told him what I could afford and was looking for and he stayed within those parameters, while trying to find what I was looking for in a vehicle. He never tried to negotiate above my price range and I love that about him and Miracle Motor Mart East! Thanks for an awesome experience!

When I was looking for a new car, This car dealership has a GREAT variety of cars, with actual MIRACLE prices. My dealer, Montrell Robinson, was a big help to me. He treated me like family with helping me purchase the right car for me. Hed always ask me questions about my feelings with the car and how to purchase it financially. He was also highly understanding of my financial situation and manage to figure out a way for me to still finance my car. He even cleaned and vacuumed my new car after all of the paper work was finished for FREE! If you ever decide to attend this awesome dealership when in search for a good used car, make sure you ask for Montrell Robinson. Hes one of the coolest around up there!

My experience at MIracle Motor Mart East and with salesman Jerry Knapper were one of the best experience I have had while purchasing a car. I took my daughter there to purchase a vehicle due her car being totaled and we had to turn in the rental car the next day. Although the process took some work; the process did not take long at all (compared to sitting in other dealerships for days trying to hammer out a deal). We were able to get them all the paperwork they needed for the bank; get an approval and pick up the car minutes after dropping off the rental. My daugther was able to get the car she picked out and is a very very happy camper. Thanks for such a warm and friendly environment

My husband and I were both looking to replace our vehicles and we were directed to Miracle Motor Mart after going to about a dozen other dealerships trying to find what we wanted. Tray was very helpful and patient as we tried to find two vehicles to fit our needs. Once we had the vehicles picked out, the finance team (Mike and Al) worked hard to make sure we were within our budget. They helped make a stressful time less stressful with their knowledge and patience. It was comforting to know that they not only sold the vehicles there, but also had the service center and were able to provide GAP and Service Contracts to help protect us for future needs on our vehicles.

Lied about using first purchased vehicle as trade-in. Ended up repod bc i was told they took care of it. 2nd purchase was garbage and they refused any service within 30 days. Go here to buy junk and get ripped off. Update: response by the owner below is typical "buyer beware" mentality. Your shady, fast-talking, numbers blurring salesmen are snakes. Update: Brought my car here (repair center on Main) 2/23/15 to get the washer fluid reservoir replaced. They opted to replace the pump. Back today (3/9/15) and they are replacing the reservoir... the original reason for bringing my car in. Last time Ill trust these jokers with my vehicles, time, or money!

Trey told me that we had a deal on a Honda Accord EX, even called me the next morning to make sure I was still coming in. An hour before I was supposed to be there he sends me the generic email that they send everyone like we never had email exchanges. I reminded him we already had a deal and he suddenly could not find the car, but still wanted me to come look around. I then emailed the co-owner, who had previously emailed me telling me to let him know if I need anything, to tell him about the whole situation. I never heard a thing back from anyone. I would never buy anything from dishonest salesmen like them. They must be the prototypical car salesmen.

I am very happy to have gotten my second car, 2013 Buick Verano, at Miracle Motor Mart East. I looked online and saw they had 4 of the cars that I was looking for and when I visited their East location, Montrell had come out to help us. He was very knowledgeable about the product and very nice! I couldnt have chose a better dealer and dealership to find my perfect car! Their prices were very good compared to other dealerships and they made sure everything was to my liking with the detailing of the car and even making sure it had matching tires! I would definitely come here again when looking for my next car and would highly recommend for others!
