Worked with Reggie on getting a 2014 Passat. He and everyone I dealt with were nice, no b.s kind of guys. He addressed my concerns with the car and actually replaced the two front tires with brand new ones as part of the deal even though I had only requested "good quality used" tires! If something is up with the car, theyll check it out and fix it even after you buy the car and encouraged me to call them if anything else was wrong to schedule something with their mechanic after I bought it. I took the car into a local auto care shop the next day, had them do a full inspection of the car, and they said everything was perfect minus the back tires! The best part was the price; theirs was about $1,500 cheaper than any comparables I could find. The cars are "as-is" which means they dont doll up the cars with touch-up paint and try to claim theyre worth more than they are. Any paint scratches and dents get passed on as savings to you! Buying a used car can be a nightmare, and some of the nearby lots have very shady vibes; these guys seem like theyre running an honest business though and you can tell by their stock too. They dont seem to sell "beaters" at all, which is always a good sign, and have a decent selection of German cars like BMWs and Audis. Overall, I would recommend these guys to someone in the market for a good deal. Theyve got a good reputation for a reason and everythings priced to sell.

So far so good! After doing about a month of searching for a replacement for my nearly 20 year old vehicle, I was referred to Luther at Columbus Car Trader. I honestly came in with no real expectation of finding a car that Id love or someone that could/would be willing to work with me. I WAS SURPRISED INDEED! Luther (aka Big Lou) was friendly, respectful, honest and absolutely did his best to find me financing and they had a car on the lot that was not only clean, but in great shape cosmetically. Sofia and Luther stayed after hours to process my paperwork and got me into what is so far a fantastic vehicle. The professionalism, no-pressure, no hassle style is very welcome as I have seen quite the opposite at all the dealers I have visited or talked to over the last month. I do recommend visiting their website-and I strongly recommend taking a look at their lot. I usually wont advertise for a car lot, but I have to say-credit where credit is due-Columbus Car Trader has done a fantastic job for me!

This dealer basically sold me a lemon. When I bought the car, the check engine light was on. I asked about it before signing the papers and they said they would fix it. They did not keep their word. They also neglected to tell me that they do not transfer the plates like many dealers do so I drove over 3 months with plates registered to my previous vehicle. They also nevertheless sent the memorandum so I could have the plates transferred. The guy was rude with me over it once I discovered it was not transferred and I had to pay for a new memorandum. In the 2 years Ive owned the car, its been problem after problem. First, she he secondary fan. Then, the engine, clutch, struts, and wheel barings. I still owe twice the amount the car is now worth plus the money Ive already dumped into this car. This dealer is a ripoff. I would never recommend this dealer to even my worst enemy.

A few weeks ago, I went to NTB and they told me that i needed new front pads and rotors and my rear ones were "fine". They wanted to charge me $530 for front pads and rotors and I did not think this was right, or my father. So we decided to take my car to Carol at Columbus Car Trader. After a few minutes of my car up on the lift, she told me that I needed not only front pads and rotors, but that I also needed rear pads, and showed them to me to prove how critically low they were and how NTB missed it; which would have cost far more in the future. They replaced all 4 pads, my front rotors and 2 broken caliper bolts FOR LESS than what I would have been charged at NTB for just front 2 pads and 2 rotors. I recommend Columbus Car Trader to anyone that has any problems with their car, or just needs a quick checkup. They also have some pretty nice cars in their lot. CHECK THEM OUT!

I have had my car for a year and a couple months. Now, there was a minor problem when I got it. I called the dealership and they told me that I couldnt get in touch with the mechanic through them and to call his cell number. He never answered or gave me a call back after I left message after message. I had to pay and get it fixed somewhere else and I was under warranty so I really should NOT have had to come out of pocket. I have been without my car for a month now. My engine is DONE, ALREADY..... My car looked beautiful from the outside, but it was a bucket. I contacted them and asked if their is something that they can do seeing as though I have had it for such a short amount of time, the man replied "This isnt our problem anymore!" Never, Never, Ever Again. I want my thumbs up picture on Facebook removed. THUMBS DOWN FOR SURE.

Do NOT purchase a BMW from columbus car trader. I bought an 2007 335 less than 6 mos ago ....was told it had updated maintenance etc. and have paid so far 10,000 in repairs already. These are not certified BMW cars....Columbus car trader is not equiped to do the required work on them. Ive learned that this car lot Did not update the maintenance records with a cerified service station. They didnt do any pre sale inspection what so ever....or if they did they are The worst maintenance team alive. The actual BMW service station told me that anybody who looked at it should have known that there needed to be "standard" maintenance when they sold this car. These are all things that should have been disclosed to me at purchase. Do not buy BMW from this lot!!!!

This will be my third car and purchase from the Amazing Individuals at Columbus Car Trader! Jim, Luther,Tony,Sofia and the rest of the staff have always been very prompt, patient, and courteous to me and have never pressured me and have ALWAYS given the facts to me straight. They are the reason I always come back! You cant honestly beat the service this place offers! It truly is the best! Thanks again everyone!!! First was my 03 Deville which I loved, then my 02 Accord and now a 2012 Hyundai Veloster!!!! So stoked and these guys made it happen. STAY AWAY FROM BROKEN CARS. junk over priced cars. .I would suggest taking your money to one of the many dealership & repair services on Morse Road. The chance of them knowing what there doing and getting it right the first time will you save you. With the old beater s the sell here, you will over pay compared to a private seller, and I wouldnt trust the used car lot mechanics. Thaniks, but no thanks and good luck...website has a 94 toyota pickup under the $20,000 cars...and is it weird the website testimonials is blank and the only comments are left by people who work there.....yeah no thanks
