I was in need of a couch and recliner. I shopped various other stores and found them to be obnoxious sales people and over priced junk. So I made my way to Rooms to Go, the salesman was friendly and took me around to test various couches and chairs to ensure the one I picked was what I wanted. After selecting my couch and chair the store provided free cleaner for as long as I had the furniture. The delivery guys were very prompt and helpful. They assembled my chair properly and made sure it worked perfect before heading out the door. I did receive a few calls from the store and customer service to make sure I was happy with everything and a year later my couch and chair are still in perfect condition, unlike another person here I take care of my stuff and dont expect miracles when I mistreat my things. As for the complaints of rude salespeople....first remember everyone is human and entitled to a bad day and secondly perhaps they werent rude but you were being a spoiled entitled little brat and demanding everything be the way you want it and because they couldnt accomidate your unreasonable requests you give them a bad review. Also Rooms to Go is a chain store so the ads are for the entire chain not every store stocks everything that would be impossible. Even Wal-Mart ads are the same way not all stores carry the items. But to be honest Rooms to go is better off not having people like these complainers as customers...the money made is not worth all the headaches theyd bring...let Lacks deal with them instead.

Rooms to go is the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture place!! I got a living room set beck in December of 2015 for my dad who is disabled . It took them 6 weeks to deliver it and the recliner that they brought with the set was incorrect. They left the wrong recliner and gave us another month to wait on the correct recliner.. we needed a powered recliner . Rooms to go called 3 times to make sure we got the correct POWERED recliner on order. Today rooms to go delivered our long awaited recliner and it was incorrect NOT POWERED AGAIN.***** UPDATE**** i called costumer service to see what the problem was. They tell me after waiting for 3 months that they dont have a POWERED Recliner. I should go to the store. I go to the store and they tell me to call customer service. SO WHY i ask would i be waiting for 3 months for a POWER recliner that doesnt exist. We sent it back 3 time. had it ordered 3 times so that they can tell me in February that we have been waiting on a recliner that they dont even have. I want my money back and this living room gone ASAP!!! Family and friend I Hope you never shop in this furniture store. I will also make sure to go on every website that rooms to go has and give you the amazing review that you need

To start off, when we picked up our living room set it wasnt complete. So we got it delivered without the loveseat. Upon arrival of the sofa hand a unsemmed area. So we called customer service and they sent a technician and it was repaired. By this time we had received the loveseat and noticed a line which was caused tape residue and had to make a new report. Again the technician came and couldnt remove it. Rooms To Go approved a trade out of equal or greater vaule(which I would pay the difference). This is because the furniture set had been discontinued as and this was within a mouth of purchasing the items. We went to chose another set and were willing to pay the difference. But when I noticed the invoice they were charging us again for the Scotch guard which I felt like I was being robbed. Called customer service rep. was rude and was no help in understanding none the less satisfying the customer. I was told if I wanted the Scotch guard I would have to pay for it again. They also dont except returns for faulty merchandise. First and last buying experience. Beware if you buy here ask questions. You know the what ifs.

I purchased a pair of blended leather chairs with ottomans in November of 2013. Blended leather means that parts are leather and parts are vinyl. The sales person sold us an expensive leather care kit ($40 extra) which we applied several times since. After less than a year there were pieces of the leather flaking off. We used throws over the seat and arms to cover the mess up. It is to the point now where they are both butt ugly with light colored fabric showing through in many places where the leather is supposed to be. This is totally unacceptable. It would have been better to make the entire chair out of vinyl. I did some research and found that the leather portions are made with ‘bonded leather.’ That means that there are small pieces of leather that are bonded or glued onto a fabric. To call this leather at all is very misleading. I highly recommend that the purchase of any furniture that is called blended leather from Rooms to Go should be avoided. You will only be disappointed.

Muy mal servicio al cliente, nosotros hibamos a comprar una recamara y accesorios para ella pero nadie se acerco alludarnos y cuando nos acercamos a pedirle alluda a alguien, esa persona dijo que no podia alludarnos xk ella no era de ese departamento y ni siquiera le pudo decir a alguien mas que nos alludara, eso habla muy mal de ellos ya que nosotros venemos del D.F para hacer nuestras compras y para recivir este tipo de servicio como que no, y creo que no soy el unico que vengo desde lejos.

WENT TO YOUR STORE IN MC ALLEN TX WITH ADS AND WANTED TO BUY A CHAIR THAT WAS ON SALE . GOT A SALES LADY AND EXLAINED TO HER OUR WANTS AND EXPLANED TO HER AS MY HUSBAND IS GETTING OLD AND CANT WALK FAR. SHE SAID FINE. TOOK US ALL OVER THE STORE AND SHOWED US A DIFFERENT CHAIR. WE ASKED HER WHAT GOES AND SHE SAID THE CHAIR WE WANTED IS NOT AVAILABLE. .DON T HAVE IT. THIS PERSON WAS RUDE AND NOT KNOWAGABLE OF HER PRODUCT. ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER .STATED WE WOULD HAVE TO WALK TO THE OFFICE . EXLAINED TO HER AGAIN I WASNT ABLE TO. ANOTHER SALESPERSON CAME UP AND SHE STARTED TO SPEAK SPANISH. COULD NOT UNDERSTAND AS I AM AMERICAN. DONT KNOW WHAT WAS SAID. WE ASKED WHY THE AD WAS RAN , WHEN THE MERCHANDISE IS NOT AVAILABLE, IN THIS STORE. SHE NEITHER ANSWERED, NOR OFFER ANY HELP. IS THIS THE KIND OF SALES FORCE YOU EMPLOYEE? NEEDLESS TO SAY,WE SHALL NOT RETURN AGAIN.

I agree with both unsatisfied customers. We walked in and some sales reps were sitting in the childrens area and didnt acknowledge us. Two other sales people passed by us with no acknowledgement. When we finally got some help he was pushy and we told him we wanted a bedroom set and didnt need the mattresses. He kept pushing the free plasma tv and paid no attention to our needs. My wife was going to ask a question and he walked away. I immediately knew this place was not a place to buy. We want a sturdy bed and the headboards on so e were put on wrong. The sale man said that they were very busy and didnt have the time to install everything correctly. Imagine the disaster at your house? I gave one star only because it wouldnt allow ,e to post this message without one.
