My wife and I have been coming to this Petco for 5 years. I am not one to usually write a review. After all these years when ever we go theres almost never anyone on the floor to help which we over look and just walk to the front to seek help. No biggie right? The other day my wife and I went to make a return which by the way shes 7 months pregnant. She told the cashier about the dog collar she wanted to return the girl walks away without saying anything comes back with "a manager" i believe her name was Barabarah. She comes with this rude demeanor stating we dont return electronics within 60 days. My wife says that she asked the guy that rang her up specifically if this item is returnable and they said yes and the manager proceeds to grab this new sign that states electronics and some other stuff are none returnable within 60 days my wife who has the receipt says calmly even though shes being spoken to in an argumentative manor that the receipt states other wise before she can finish her statement the receipt is snatched out of her hand to be read and it does not state anything about electronics. the manager says well this is our new policy. My wife says is there anything you can do? i was under the impression that we can make the return because of the receipt and what the cashier said. again she was rudely interupted by the manager "whos they???? who who who?? who are you talking about??" my wife calmly responds i dont know who your employees are. the cashier next to her calmly says check the receipt the manager does and the guy doesnt work there any more. Well long story short my wife walked away because she felt insulted for just trying to talk to someone who obviously lacks manors and respect for their customers from start to end. If this is how employees are trained at petco Id rather not spend my money there. We just dont even understand why it mattered who was the other person that told us the store policy last time. It was two different people by the way. regardless this is not how you talk to people especially to a common paying customer. Very UNSATISFIED

Petco has everything I need for my cats. I started buying their litter and bought the plastic tubs that you can refill over and over for less after the initial purchase. I feel much better not wasting so much plastic as when I would buying new tubs every time I needed to buy litter. The cats like the litter and I like helping the environment. The people who work there are very nice and helpful.

Every time I come in the store I am always greeted and asked if I needed help. I always see Susan at the store and specifically ask her to help me find the same treats I come in for every week just so I can talk to her. She is such a sweetheart.

When in few weeks ago made appointment with Sherri very nice and very sweet did excellent job on my dog I highly recommend and I must say that new store manager Susan is very helpful asked her what brand dog food is made in Good ol USA

Although I havent been to other Petco locations. Everytime I visit, the staff are always super helpful. Im a new pet owner and they do their best to answer all my questions and offer sound advice. Id recommend it.

absolutely love the grooming salon. Sheri is the best i recommend her to anyone. her work is beautiful. The salon is very clean and my Dog seems to like being there haha ;)

I went for a vaccine and the veterinarian was really rude, clearly you can see she is not enjoying her job. Definitely Im not coming back to this specific store.
