My Salesman was Tyler Anderson. I want to put that up front because he did such an amazing job that I dont want his name to get lost in my review. Also, I dont usually worry about writing reviews for anything but this time I felt compelled to do so. Tyler and the AutoGiants Team went above, beyond and back again to put me in a car. My car was totaled in an accident on December 15th and I was not looking forward to having to purchase a new car. I saw a commercial for AutoGiants and decided to try them out. Im so glad I did. From the moment I set foot on the lot Tyler was right there and made me feel as though I was the only person in the dealership even though it was packed. He could have easily worked with two or three more people at the same time but the attention he gave me was awesome. I hadnt set my sights very high because I knew my credit was limited plus I had been the victim of credit and identity theft. When Tyler told me I was going to be pleasantly surprised I was still very skeptical and my first thought was "Yeah right." When we walked outside I walked right past the car looking for the nearest hoopty. When Tyler called me back and said here it is Mrs. Brown and I saw a beautiful white 2014 Toyota Camry I couldnt believe it. Once I was financed and signed the documents, I told Tyler I would have to come back on Monday to pick the car up because I had come by myself and driven a rental car and had honestly not expected to be financed and get a car in the same day. Tyler wouldnt hear of it. He insisted that I take the car home that night. He made arrangements with one of his co-workers to follow him while he drove my new car and I drove the rental car to my home. He didnt have to do that because he already had the sale!!! My Husband is a retired mechanic and my Brother is a skeptic and they both were totally impressed. To show you just how amazing this team of professionals are, on Monday morning I got a call from Brian the Finance Manager. He was off on Saturday and wanted to let me know that he had looked over my paperwork and had gotten me an even better rate than what I had received on Saturday. I quickly went back to the dealership where they not only lowered my interest rate and lowered my payments but included GAP insurance. I cant say enough about Tyler and the AutoGiants Team. My Dad and Uncle were Car Salesman back in the day. Pohanka and Oursman dont hold a candle to the Pros at AutoGiants. Oh yeah, after each car sales, the Buyer gets to go up to this huge gong and while everybody claps and yells their congratulations they get to smash the gong. Its really funny and loud but a nice touch! Im 56 years old and hopefully I wont have to get another car anytime soon, but if I do I wont hesitate to go to AutoGiants and I will definitely refer everyone I know to this great group of Professionals.

So I was in search for a new/used car and I had said to myself that it has to be this weekend, so I started out on Black Friday and went to a couple of dealership and the second one had tried to put the strong arm on me but I resisted, he tried to pressure me by saying if he gives me a deal on a vehicle that I had test drove that the deal had to be that day so I said to him " Nooo" it doesnt work like that!, I told him that I couldnt take his word that I had to do my own research " he was in sheep clothing", I had made up my mind that I was not going to be bully, I am a women and I was shopping by my self but the God that I serve " got my back", so I told him I will sleep on it and maybe I will see him in the morning " morning never came for him" because I had convince my self that I will be patient and no one was going to bully me, so I got up the next morning and headed out to Carmax when I came across this sign that said AutoGiants, I said to myself " hmmm" let me check them out, so I pulled into to a crowded lot but was consumed to a text that I had to complete, so I set there for a little bit and when I decided to get out of the car a young man approach me with anticipation but I pulled his leg because he had that Im new look on his face and I needed someone who I could tell what I wanted in a SUV and they could take me right to what I want, but that didnt happen from the start, so there was some disagreement between me and one of the managers so I started to leave due to the fact I didnt feel that there way of processing my information was to my satisfaction so I started to leave but before this took place there was a sales rep that I had come across while I was talking with the young man that heard me when I said what wanted and also was out side when I was leaving and he asked me what was wrong, so I told him and he said come with me and take a look at this vehicle while assuring me that there had been a miscommunication and that everything would be alright, my spirit was at a calm at this point because of the spirit that this Rep possessed, Durell Samuels was the best at what he do! he was well knowlegable and knew what I wanted, I had problems with others trying to get them to understand what I needed but he knew and he got me a Suv that I would have never dreamed of buying " I went from a 1996 rundown Ford Explorer to a Lexus " wow" so far Im feeling refreshed. now let me not forget to mention Coley Mearite (sales manager) he is one of the best at what he do so to wrap it up " This tag team was Awesome" I felt like I was good place even though it took all day it was well worth it" and they fed me :), They go beyond the Norm to make it happen for you " Auto Giants" have my blessings (smiling). Lastly just to throw this in, there was another couple looking at the same ride but because of the " Tag team" I got the SUV!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL PLACE. Went there with my roommate to get a car- he has bad credit, but this place advertises that they can get you approved no matter what- thats a lie. We sat there for hours while they tried to put the car and papers in his MOTHERS name since they couldnt get HIM approved. Finally, they said we were approved and started showing us cars that we could drive. After the first test drive, they suddenly said we werent approved for that car and gave us others to try. Finally, we settled on one and filled out all the paperwork on our end. We were told to come back the next day when they would finish processing all the paperwork to finalize some things and get the car. At this point I had put a down-payment on the car and they told us "congrats! You got a car!". When we came back, we were told THREE different things about what happened to the car that we had supposedly purchased. First it was that the car had been defective and they didnt want to sell us a defective car so they were going to fix it and we could either wait for it to be fixed or pick out another car. Then someone else told us that they had actually sold that same car a few minutes after we left the shop the previous day. The third story was that the car had been sent back to where it had originally been purchased from. This was a car that we had SIGNED FOR AND PUT A DOWN PAYMENT ON. Then, we decided to pick out another car... only to be told after numerous more hours, that our financing hadnt come through afterall... (after it had just come through the other day supposedly). So we left angrily.... only to get a call a week later from someone telling us that our financing had been approved afterall. Naturally, we NEVER went back. Im currently in the process of trying to get my 200$ deposit on the car that we supposedly bought and everyone is being so rude and unhelpful. Ive been on hold for at least half an hour and been hung up on and talked down to. When I went there this weekend to get my money back (and was told to call Monday) they said "We dont want your money. Well give it back to you." in the rudest damn tone I have ever heard. These are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. UPDATE: I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to reach someone today who could talk to me about the money I was owed. Finally, I reached Kim who told me she would check out my situation and for me to call back in 30 minutes. When I called back I was on hold for over 45 minutes.. I finally hung up and called back, only to be informed that Kim had left for the day. Never. Go. Here.
