these "sales men" are real jerks! i was there a few years ago to test drive a vehicle, me and my daughter walked into the office where there were 3 men standing around talking. no one took the time to acknowledge me or ask me did i need anything, i spoke to them 1st and asked about the vehicle i wanted to test drive. the jeep was a piece of crap that kept pulling to the one side. i returned the keys and no one even tried to speak to me about how the drive went or anything. so today, me and my husband went there to test drive another car. i was thinking a couple of years have passed and i couldnt possibly have the same experience again...oh, how wrong i was. the salesman acted as though we were bothering him with our questions and didnt even offer us a seat to discuss a sales agreement, the car or anything! As we were leaving the man asked us where the dealer tags were, we had forgotten them on the car and told him they were still on the car and that we were sorry that we forgot to bring them back in. he had the nerve to say to us, a potential customer, "yeah right"!! i would never, ever recommend this "place" to anybody!!! worst customer service EVER!!

This place is a joke ..! I first had a jeep. That the engine and transmission were both bad on.. So then I got a rendezvous... Heat didnt work after they "fixed" it... Transmission was bad.. The said they replaced it but it still was bad.. I mentioned the torque converter was bad they said i didnt know what I was talking about. Check engine light came on had it tested.. boom. Torque converter... Every loner car is a hunk of junk.. one had absolutely no brakes.. and the mechanic said it just happened Lol.. no brake fluid at all. And it just happened lol. And desk boy. Is a joke. He always gets smart and acts like he is better then you.. Rick is a good guy just hires all the wrong people... and wants way to much money for a used car.. 03 rendezvous was 14,000$ !!!! Valued at 2k...?? Just save your money :)

We have purchased multiple vehicles from Meadow Brook Auto Sales and have consistently received superior customer service. Each time we have gone in to pay or purchase a vehicle everyone calls us by name and has been very helpful. Maintenance and inspections have been done in a timely manner. If we needed transportation while our vehicles are in for service, we are offered a loaner vehicle at no charge. The down payments and weekly payments are reasonable and affordable even if you are on a budget. We plan on continuing our relationship with Rick, Peggy, Shane and Wes for many years to come and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. We are very pleased with our vehicles and wanted to say, "Thank you!"

Awesome experience! My husband and I spent an entire day looking at many cars and many dealerships. We decided on Meadowbrook after test driving a Jeep Liberty and most importantly due to their interaction with us as well as other customers. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, I watched their interaction with current customers as I waited, they treated everyone with respect and were very courteous. I knew this was the place I wanted to give my business to, they were very honest and upfront, trust me, we shopped around for a long time, meeting a lot of shady owners and looking at not so well taken care of lots.

These guys dont care about of the cars they sell. My girlfriend got a car from here and turned out to be a lemon!!! They let her pick out another car, but had to start new payments. And even this car had problems!!! To make things worse, The payments from her other car were not transferred over, so she had to start over with payments. Even their rental cars look like they are falling apart. My advise is to stay away from here as they like to rip people off!!!!

10/15/09 -- I have a Jeep that came from Meadowbrook, and I have taken it back there for all the required maintenance and inspections. The staff is friendly, helpful, honest and knowlegable. Its been a while since my Jeep was purchased, but I would not hesitate to deal with them again for a pre-owned. I have also reccommended them to all of my friends who are in the market for a good deal & who care about custome service!
