Recently bought a used Honda from here Was told the oil was changed . I took delivery on it , rode it down the road and it started sputtering, and stalling. I called Jim the sales guy. He said bring it right back and we will take care of it. After they worked on it, I was told they changed out the spark plugs. There was also, no gas in the bike and could have ran out when I test drove it before purchasing. I then proceeded to maintenance the bike my sel after what they had done did not work. I found an air filter that looks like it was never changed out from day one when the bike was new ( this is a 2003 ST 1300). I pulled the spark plugs and they also looked like they had never been changed from day one and to top it off, one of the top electrodes on one of them was bent over a bit. I called all the shops and auto stores in the are and NO ONE has those plugs in stock. This confirms what I thought, the dealer lied to me . Bear in mind, the bike has quite a few miles on it and is in great condition cosmetically and they did put 2 new tires on it. The bike sat at the dealer for almost 4 months. The repair dept. at this dealer charges $ 100.00 just to do a diagnostic and they do not even have any computerized diagnostic equipment as most all Honda dealers do. The other Honda dealer in the area ( on Rhinehart Rd in Sanford) refers to them as " The Used Bike Lot" ! Finally, I would say that you need to be very cautious when doing business with this dealer and DO Not Take Them At Their Word!!!!

Was very disappointed and mislead by service dept. Was told it would take less than an hour to replace a gasket on our street glide. Dropped it off at 9am and even though we told them we didnt need it back that day When we called @ 4:30pm service center never mentioned any problems, simply said it was still on the rack. The next day we went to the shop @ 9:30 and was shocked to find that it did not take less than an hour but took over 4 hours. The upsetting part is that we were never contacted about the the service being performed. The bill ended up being 3 times the estimated with no warning. Our issue got resolved within days after expressing our concern. Mark, service manager, personally contacted us and was very willing to help resolve the communication issue. We were very pleased with the work preformed. After being disappointed at first- RC Hill did change my mind and we will use there service and shop in the future. We are a big local shopping supporters and appreciated Mark and his general manager keeping our faith in the local shops.

Was contacted recently by this dealership through a Craigslist sales ad for my 2011 Honda CBR 600. The salesman who contacted me was great, talked up the sale and made it sound great. Drove 2 hours out to Deland to complete the sale and was completely low balled at the dealership. The issue cited by the salesman was damage to the rear fairing, which he would need to replace. (Along with a few other minor issues that WERE NOT a problem on the phone and DID NOT effect price they offered me over the phone). A simple Google search for the price of damaged part was significantly lower than what the dealerships salesman said it would have cost them. Just a basic "bait and switch" tactic to lure me 2 hours out to a dealership and then to be coerced into selling - "We can take this problem off your hands right now". To salesman R: "Treat others they way you want to be treated." I think that was what you said when I asked for the Gods honest truth. I hope this review helps others selling their bikes through Craigslist - these arent good people.

had an ad out to sell my 2015 yamaha r1 for about a week when I was contacted by rc hill Honda. At first I was thinking oh god here we go again with another crazy Craigslist offer. Then I realized this place is for real. Robert was very professional and direct with the conversation. We discussed condition of the bike in detail and I was given a very fair and honest offer with a range of 500 to account for differences in opinion of "good to perfect" condition. We made an apt. I trailered the bike there. About a 80 mile drive. When we got there I was more then impressed with the operation. They have ALOT of bikes. Cruisers to sport bikes all very clean. The actual selling experience was very quick. And I was given the top of the spread on price. Then he wrote a check and we were done. The whole time in store was less then 25 mins. I was not nickeled and dimed on the bike. At the same time the bike was in awesome shape. I would not be afraid to do business with them again either buying or selling. Thanks again Robert.

I saved a couple thousand dollars after a short 1.5hr drive. I enjoy supporting local vendors but come on when local dealerships wont even budge $1 off MSRP, I have a hard time with that. For a couple hundred dollars sure I would buy local, but I guess locally they will have to settle for my maintenance business only. I got preapproved through Honda online, I highly recommend that. On my way down there I called dealership told them to pull the crate and assemble the machine. I bought the Foreman Rincon 500 Camo, EPS, AUTO, 4X4 loaded machine and it is a beautiful Zero hour machine that I get to break in correctly. I also got the 4yr extended warranty, so 5 year total no worries makes it easier to sleep at night. The staff at RC Honda were great, would highly recommend. I will be returning in a few years to get one for my son as well.

I made an appointment to have a recall on my Goldwing addressed. A month later when I was supposed to go in, I had totally forgotten the appointment. I called two days after my original appointment to reschedule. Brian (great guy), the service writer told me that he could take me right then, if I came in. My wife was ill and unable to pick me up at the dealership and I didnt want to sit around the shop for the 3-4 hours the repair was expected to take. Brian made arrangements for one of his coworkers to drive me home and pick me up later after my bike was done. Granted, I live close to the shop (but still further than I wanted to walk) but no motorcycle dealer has ever made me that offer before. I am very pleased to have a "Home town" Honda Dealer. Now, if they will work a sweet deal for me on a new African Twin, Ill be thrilled.

Rc Hill powerhouse was super rad help with my shopping experience. I stoppped shopping around once i found n contacted Rc. Other stores dont sell the bikes to anyone just hold them like waiting for father time. Rc sells n got me riding fast. They were super helpful and answered all my questions with a smile. The day i went to get the bike i worked late n got crazy lost looking for store. The salesman Travis had my back n had them wait 45 mins after they closed. Every person was super nice even though they have been waiting for me. Rc Hill powerhouse is all about taking care of customer care. Hands down im buying a cbr600 from them n no one else. I ride with my Rc Hill bike with pride n rep everywhere with my RcHill powerhouse shirt. Thanks for being there. Joey G.:)
