I went to the United on Old Iowa Pk rd and received terrible service! I went in to get a simple $20 cash back transaction at the customer service desk. I swiped my card and no surprise the cashier WASNT paying attention. She was to busy flirting with some boy to realize I had made a cash back transaction and instead of handing me MY money she just gave me a receipt. No money. Instead of admitting that she was wrong and giving me my cash out of the drawer she tried to say my card had "insufficient funds". It said "approved" when I swiped my card! I called my card and the money was taken! So yeah. Go there if you want to get ripped off by undertrained high school girls.

Great customer service they are always glad to see you,ready to help you and get things for you especially if you can not reach them. Between the products they offer and customer service team they are awesome compared to anywhere else I may gave shopped at. I feel other stores within the company should use this staff at this store and let them be the leading customer service team as an example for what the united brand means and stands for. I would not shop anywhere else.

Customer service is the best here. They are always friendly. The selection at this store is poor, and the meat dept. cuts steaks too thin. Produce is very good, although for example tomatoes are not always very ripe, whereas the tomatoes at Market Street always seem riper. It feels like this is a red headed "step-store". I still shop here because the people are great. I just wished United (Albertsons) would treat this store with more respect.

The rewards program, just like at the one on Old Iowa Park Road is excellent. The staff are very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. I find their 4x reward points items very eye-catching and pretty good for the value. Their selection at this location is better for meat and deli. Their pharmacy section is also slightly larger. I will be returning again for sure!

This United is a medium grocery store with a pharmacy and is pretty much what you would expect out of a grocery store of its size. I do habe to say thay it is much better than dealing with going to Wal-Mart for groceries. The deli and bakery are not as good as the bigger United on Kell with Market Place.

The meat prices are very high. Organic is a low standard of organic, terrible. But, staff is great, very very clean store, very ugly bathrooms (public has to use employee restroom), good selection of products.

Pricier supermarket. Has most anything food wise that youd need. They do walk you out to your car and load groceries. Perfect for a mans with small kids!
