Our experience at West Kendall Toyota was not a good one we had so many problems we had to come back more than 2 times to fix the problem. Our sales person was Jessica she is excellent thats one of the reasons we stayed and bought our car. My husband and I were treated with such disrespect. Willie the financing person the first night we were there didnt seem to want to do his job. Yes we were there after hours and I understand that everyone has people to see and places to be. I also understand that we all have families but for him to not want to help was just the the tip of our experience I had been to this Toyota dealership before and was treated poorly as well so I took this time to tell them I didnt speak Spanish but understood Spanish. Yes I do speak Spanish and understand it as well but told them I didnt. My husband and sales lady Jessica went to look at the car and Willie the finance person garbed his phone dialed an extention and started to talk in Spanish and saying why did you bring these people to my office I have to leave they dont have the money for this car and Im not going to go any lower than what I just told them and if they dont have the money for this why are they wasting my time. This is just a big waste of time. So I got up very calmly and said you could got home now to your family sorry for wasting your time and have a nice day he began to yell at my face and telling me why what did he do I told him that I do speak and understand every word he said and that it was disrespectful for him to talk in front of a potential customer to speak very poorly about them. As I wanted to walk out right there and then so Jessica helped calm me down and talk to fidel the manager and helped my husband and I find the perfect car. With out these to I dont think I would recommend west kendall Toyota again if Jessica or Fidel arent there dont bother. The other financial person was nicer but we still had a few issues with him that were resolved in the end. We love Jessica and Fidel very much they have helped us to buy the perfect car for our family. So thank you for turning this terrible experience to a pleasant one. The Excellent help/ service from Jessica and Fidel the new car manager. They do deserve a raise and honor for how they kept my husband and I as clients after all that stuff we went through. The only reason why Im giving 3 stars is because of Fidels excellent work and Jessica Excellent work. Jessica gracias por todo la ayuda en comprando el carro. Fidel gracias por ser tan exelent en todo. El servicio de ustedes era exelent. Los otros no tanto.

I’m very sorry that due to different personal issues I didn’t have the time to write this review earlier. We (me and my wife) went on Sunday 08/21/2016 to West Kendall Toyota, but although already decided to by a car we thought that we’ll not be able to close a deal that same day because it was almost closing time and were only looking forward to have a close look at the new Corollas. We were still outside looking at the cars when we were met by Yoel Vazquez (salesman) who was very courteous and straightforward since the beginning, he patiently showed us all the cars we asked him to see and professionally explained all the technical and pricing options of the new Corollas and at our request he also showed us some used cars. All this time he was never pushy or in a hurry at all. When we decided to buy a new Corolla we met Andy Suarez (sales manager) who was also very professional, courteous, helpful and most of all very patient with all my questions. We got a very good price (I had done my homework on prices) and all the fees were clearly explained to us beforehand. At the finance department there were no “surprises” as we got the price that we had negotiated before. There we met Ashley who was very professional, kind, cheerful, patient and as the rest of the staff not in a hurry at all even though by then it was almost 10:00 PM on a Sunday. The finance process went smoothly and she made us feel at ease all the time until the deal was closed (lots of papers to sign and initialize). Finally we all (Yoel, Ashley and us) left the dealership at 10:50 PM and even at that time Yoel helped us to set up the cell-phone bluetooth connection with the new car system before we left. Because of the whole experience in general and the people we dealt with in particular, we highly recommend this dealership as we feel that we got a very good deal with an excellent service at the same time. If I could rate this a 0, I would. Car buying is not easy, and dealers definetley want to make money, but my experience was horrible. I went to West Kendall Toyota with my Father and boyfriend because it was near me, and convenient. I believe I went on a Wednesday at about 7:00pm. There were no other customers there, first off. I spoke with Pedro, and he took me to test drive the 2014 Toyota Corolla S Plus. I loved the car. Perdo, the sales man, told us to wait for the finance gentleman. It was about 8:30pm, and we werent able to see anyone until about 9:30 pm. That should have been my first clue. Finally we were able to sit with the finance representative, whos name has escaped me. He was very intimidating and seemed uncaring. (although it is there job to make the most money they can). They wanted me to buy the car for about $21k. I wanted to sleep on it, so we went home. The next day I went online and was looking at Al Hendrickson Toyotas specials. They had the car listed for about $17k. A couple of days later on a Saturday we went back. Granted, ofcourse it was going to be busier then it would normally be at night. I showed Pedro the deal I found at Al Hendrickson, and he seemed uninterested and annoyed. I waited about an hour for him to speak with the manager about it. Finally he told me they can do $18 k. Therefore out the door would be about $21K. We waited another hour before I called Al Hendrickson, and they offered me $19 out the door! Yes they are in panpano, I left West kendall toyota, and 40 minutes later Pedro called me asking me where I was. I could not believe that two hours had gone by and now he was ready. I could not believe it. I finally bought my car at Al Hendrickson toyota, and it only took an hour and everyone was very polite and willing to help. I definetly do not recommend anyone to go to West kendall, but to take the drive to Al Hendrickson, its worth it!

La peor atencion al Cliente que he visto en mi vida. Los Managers hacen de todo para que no se venda o se arriende ningun carro, ni tan siquiera te inician un negocio,. Banos Sucios y sin jabon de manos. Muy mala atencion a los clientes.. horrible experiencia. Si lo que gasta CLAUDIO GONZALEZ en publicidad y mercadeo lo gastara en superacion de empleados para atender a clientes creo seria mejor en sus ventas..Vuelvo y repito HORRIBLE TODO.. NUNCA LO RECOMENDARIA A NADIE. Worst attention and Customer service. The Managers do everything to not sell or lease any car, nor even start a business. RESTrooms very Dirty and without hand soap. Very BAD attention to customers .. Horrible experience. If what CLAUDIO GONZALEZ spends on advertising and marketing will spend on overcoming employees to serve customers, I think would be better in their sales .. I return and I repeat HORRIBLE EVERYTHING. Not RECOMENDED NEVER
