This rating is more for the BAKERY. It truely is a nice store with more to offer than my local town. I have no complaints on their selections. I however know I would NEVER order a cake from them after seeing the writing on my twin grandchildren cake for their little Kindergarten Graduation Party May 23 that my daughter had gotten. My other daughter ( the twins aunt ) picked it up for their mom since she had to Work. The girl writing on it told my daughter she didnt know how to spell CONGRADULATIONS! REALLY? No cheat sheets? Couldnt Google it. Lets just say the writing was age appropriate for kindergarteners so mom let it slide plus there was no time for getting it remade by the time mom saw it since it was brought to my house. The cake would have been refused had their mother been picking it up. After all mom paid almost $40.00 with the cake being $39.?? It did not change the taste of the cake. it was good, But I would never ever take a chance on ordering something that needed written on at this bakery after seeing the pride and professionalism showing on the cake. I was surprised when lots of others told me they had received the same professional quality as we did with the writing on our cake and that its far from being the 1st one thats been ruined this way. Some even said theirs was worse. I mean the icing for the writing didnt even match with the cake either! My rating is more rating their BAKERY rather than the rest of the store that I give 5 stars. The Bakery gets a 1

Will not go to this store again. Waited over 10 minutes to check out. Only 2 lanes open at 3:30 PM. I had 7 items in my cart. When they final opened an Express Lane, the woman came out, walked past me to get a lady with a full cart and had her go through the Express Lane. I could had been through in less than 90 seconds. Had to wait 4-5 minutes to reach my original check out. I guess you have to be a local to get decent service there. Never Again !

This krogers is the only krogers Ive ever been into where if they just see u looking around they will ask you if u need help and when u take ur kids in there they will talk to them. They really make you feel wanted and like a valued customer!

This Kroger offers more variation of food choices than any of the other Krogers I have shopped in the surrounding area. I have shopped other Krogers and not be able to find my products I typically buy at the Blanchester location.

Pharmacy is stupid. I called in a prescription to be filled and it went to Central fill for next day after I told the pharmacist I needed it later in the day. Not happy with these Bozos.

Heather selection then Rombach in Wilmington. Cherry street has lots of organic and healthier choice all around plus the cashiers are better looking :-)
