Americas Import selling Dreams to Americas Un-import-ant!!!!! Unfortunately my experience with Dothan Chrysler over the last week hasnt been up to par. Monday 6/13/16 my family and i traveled to Macon, GA to be of assistance to my mother. She has Multiple sclerosis and was starting her new medication. Everything didnt go as expected but we made the best of it and she was feeling well enough for us to leave Wednesday. My family and I left Wednesday morning around 7:15am to go to Fort Valley to eat breakfast with my father and his family. While in route i noticed a sound coming from the driver side of my car so i pulled over to the side and inspected the car (the sound was similar to the sound a bicycle makes when you put a baseball card in the spokes) everything was intact so i resumed driving to my destination. We arrived there around 7:50am. We ate breakfast laughed and talked and i asked my dad if he might have a clue as to what may be causing it he said he didnt know and his mechanic was busy that day, so we said our Goodbyes and got back on the road. The sound was still there and seemed to be getting louder and when i slowed down my car would vibrate a little. At this point the sound became a real concern and i called Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Columbus I spoke to the service manager explained to him the symptoms and he said when i got there they would take a look at it. 10 minutes later (8:45) it became apparent we werent going to make it to the dealership and i proceeded to to pullover and thats when i heard a loud bump and my tire shot out from under my car and into oncoming traffic terrifying everyone in the car especially my kids they are 5 and 7. Fortunately i was able to keep control of my vehicle and get it to the shoulder where i called Chrysler Roadside Assistance. Roadside Assistance is a customer service complaint because i called them around 9 and help didnt arrive until almost 2 pm. The first representative didnt inform the tow company that i had passengers so they had to cancel the tow and send out a new one. Then the second towing company was given the wrong information about where we were located and had to call me to find out. We got to the Autonation dealership around 2:45 and were informed that they wouldnt be able to look at my car that day and that i would need to make necessary areangements to get home. To make matters worse Chrylser Corporate called and said they wouldnt be able to provide us with a rental to get back home. So now my family who by then was tired frustrated and ready to go home were sitting at a dealership in Columbus Ga. Fortunately we were able to contact some family members near there ans they gave us a ride back to Dothan. The next morning (6/16/16) i go to the Chrysler dealership to get a copy of the Repair Order that showed them being the last people to work on my car to find out that due to someones negligence the repair order hadnt been closed out so it didnt show up in the system. The clerk finalized the document and gave me my copy of the Repair Order. Later that day Chrysler corporate calls inquiring about the details of the accident, where i had my car serviced prior to the accident, and how long ago it had been. I gave them the information and they said they were going to call the dealership and would call me back shortly. They called back and told me they couldnt help me and its not covered under my warranty and i should contact Dothan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for further assistance. I contacted Dothan Chrylser and spoke to the service manager i think his name was John and he said that if the tire was gonna come off it would have come off in 500 miles or less so its probably best if i file it on my insurance but they would look into the matter and give me a call Monday. It is now Wednesday 6/22/16 my car is no closer to being fixed and everyone is giving me the run around about getting in touch with someone who can make this right. Tires dont just come off cars. And Ill never do business with the A&D Automotive Group dealerships again.

My mother in law purchased 2 vehicles from them. A NEW 2014 Dodge Challenger Shaker edition and a used 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 Rocky Ridge edition. Paid in FULL for both vehicles up front! The salesman (Chason) promised my husband a spare key and key fob for his truck and said he would mail it to us(we live and hour away). Never received the spare and have been getting the run around about it ever since. The A/C in my mother in laws brand new challenger didnt last a year. Shes been going round and round with them trying to get them to fix it. Now several months later the part is in and the car can be fixed. She set up to have the car dropped off Saturday (by me) 9/19/15 and the key left in their drop box. I left the car at the dealership Saturday and put the keys in the drop box as told by the service dept. Now Thursday (9/24/15) she calls to check on the car and low and behold they tell her they cant find her car! The car was parked on the side of the building in plain view of anyone there and I even stopped a Service Dept. employee and showed him where I was leaving it. Then they tell her they dont have the keys. Youve got to be kidding me! Needless to say they had the keys the whole time but were looking for the wrong vehicle. They were looking for a Charger not a Challenger. How stupid and ignorant can you be! The keys still had the original tag from when she purchased the vehicle with THEIR info about the car on it!!! Keep in mind the car was parked right beside the building all week and no one wondered whose vehicle it was. Idiots! Once they have your money and their commission check they could care less about their "Customer" or their products. Take your business elsewhere people unless you like dealing with incompetent morons.

Good experience, My wife and I bought a new 2013 Dodge SUV last year and have really enjoyed the car. It had some silly problems with all the newfangled electronic stuff and they took care of it. They were not too pushy during the sale. Gave me a very good price and the SUV had all the features we (she) had been looking for in the competitive Chevy, Ford, Nissan, Toyota, SUVs but The DODGE WAS $5000. LESS EXPENSIVE and had the sunroof, cameras usb, dvd, gps, side sensors, and a V6 with REAR wheel drive. The drivers side view mirror warning light was staying on and intermittent during rain. The rear hatchback would seem to open sometimes by itself. They replaced the whole side door panel electronics and maybe something in the dash. No more problems since. I think they would have provided a rental car but we just used our old suv, (it has a trailer hitch and we did not want to risk damaging the rental) so they washed and detailed the new SUV at now charge.

Weve purchased 2 new vehicles from them and had issues each time with something to do with the sale. Our truck purchase had running boards thrown in the deal but it took 6 weeks for them to get them in and on the truck. Then we traded a vehicle in for our new Durango and they did an ESTIMATED payoff of the trade. They were off by over $1000 and of course I had to come up with that cash to pay it off instead of it being part of the new financing...Their service isnt very good either. Our truck has 80 psi in the rear tires and 60 in the front per factory spec. When they rotated my tires they never adjusted the pressure and I had to go back to them and have it fixed in order for the tire pressure monitoring system to go out. Finally, when we had the Durango serviced, they lost a lug nut on one of the wheels and never told me. I didnt notice this until I was leaving for a trip the next day.
