A Private User

So I am the same guy who wrote the bad review and I am not a flip flopper or anything but here is what went down. I went to the store immediately after Valentines Day and I was pretty upset. Then when I told the manager what happened she went out of her way to make everything right. I understand that sometimes people make mistakes and although I considered this to be a pretty big one, the people at Kay Jewelers were awesome. Their ability to fix the problem has definitely restored my faith in the store and I will be going back for any of my jeweling needs.

If i could do a negative star I would. Manager Tara White still argued and raised her voice because she had promised to size a neil lane for a month now. Never called to check in with us, I had to keep calling and still didnt apologize for not keeping us in the loop. Tried to blame the original store for their mistakes stating that "why did you bring it here than". Incapable bunch of employees who have no customer service. Not recommended atleast not this location.
