I come to Total Wine every other Thursday. I always ask an associate to get a case of Yuengling Light from the walk in cooler because they are situated a little too high for me. Tonight 4-6-17 an associate was assisting a lady with some wine. When he finally acknowledged my presence, he looked without asking what he could help me with. I said when you have the time, would you please get me a cold case of Yuengling Light. He looked as if there was nothing wrong with my hands and reminded me that the beer is self serve. He called for someone else to assist me. By the time the other associate reached me the first associate was done. He never said a word nor bothered to retrieve my beer. Ive been shopping between the Towson and Laurel store for many years and have never ever experience such rudeness and unprofessionalism. The associate in question is a white or italian looking man, not very tall, possibly pre or senior citizen with salt & pepper hair.

On Sunday May 7, 2017, I intended to order a case of 12 bottles CHATEAU BOIS REDON BORDEAUX SUPERIEUR online, but the Total Wine system showed there are only 9 bottles available, so I ordered 9 bottles, and my credit card was charged $74.95 for 9 bottles On Monday May 8, 2017, I received email to let me know the product ready for pick up. When arriving there, the Total Wine member said there are only 4 bottles, I will be charged $ 39.20. Coming home I checked my credit card which is still charged $ 74.95, I know it needs for couple days to return my money, but I feel bad that the store cut back 5 bottles. I do not think the system has mistake, but the store has made it on purpose. It is bad.

They have a very large selection and good prices. Their wine experts do know what they are talking about. Their customer serivce does need some work. If you look under 30, they tend to treat you like a criminal (I am 29). They will demand to see the IDs of other people with you and if any are 21 they will photocopy it and make them fill out a form (even if they are not purchasing anything). A bit too 1984 for me (thats a movie reference). Because of this, I only go here if I need to. I would rather suppoer the other local stores that treat thier customers better. I would give thier staff/selection 5 stars and thier managements anti-customer decisions 1 star so lets call it 3 at the end.

A warehouse of wine, beer, and spirits...need I say more? Okay, just a little...the employees are always helpful, answer your "is this good?" questions, and try to be fair to each product (as tastes vary!). The price is a $1 to $2 cheaper than most other local stores and the choice exceeds my needs. The one downside is the nightmare parking lot. I hope they move their location (close to me!) in the near future. That is the one thing that keeps me away, for a quick stop or party prep trip.

I went shopping for whiskey. I asked for assistance and the employee told me all of the George Dickel was on Shelf x. I ended up finding the two that I wanted but they were in different sections. I asked if they did a military discount and the cashier said "oh no, not on alcohol". My local liquor store gives 10% with a military id. The parking lot was filled, I had to park at the hotel and walk over. There was only one person in front of me at the register but the cashier was so slow.

Total Wine has a great stock. Lots of beers, wines, liquors, cigars, mixers, gift bags, etc. Their pricing is also very good. Much better than any closer liquor store. If Im going to stock up Ill go there. Their web site is good too. You can place an order and they will have it ready for you the next day. Only con I can think of is the parking. If you go during a busy time you are routed around the building, and may have to park at the hotel.

The store has a great variety of wines, beers, and other spirits. Their staff are knowledgeable and can cater to any customer segment. During the weekends, the store holds tastings, which may help you discover something new. Finally, they have a humidor with cigars. Its not the best but its there if you must grab a cigar on the way. The only inconvenience is that the store is closed on Sunday but thats the case with most.

Large selection of wine, spirits and beer. And while they do carry several local brands, they did not have several local brews that I was hoping to get. Their email newsletters announce featured items, sales, tastings and events, and occasionally coupons. The parking lot can be interesting to navigate, especially after work on Friday, right before a holiday and right before a snowstorm. So be careful.

A good friend put me on to a great wine (Low hanging fruit). Looking all over the area, finally found it and discovered it and Total Wine & More. Im home visiting and now Ive found a great place to cover all my beverage needs here as well as in Georgia where I now stay. Great Staff, incredible selection, knowledgeable people. Thats what makes customers for life. Theyve got me. Check em out!

Great selection and variety. While I was waiting on line, a very calm senior citizen was trying to buy wine with a few mail discounts that he had. The cashier was very nasty and kept telling him the discount did not apply. However the manager granted him the discounts but that cashier was very nasty. Its all about customer service in the service industry.

Large collection of wine, beer, and liquor. Like to try a new beer or six. You can mix and match a six pack. The employees know there wine, ask them and they will find what you need or should give a try. Prices are just a bit cheaper then other places. Hard to get out the door without spending more then I plan because there always some new I want to try.

This place is amazing. The largest selection of any liquor store I have ever been to in my life. Beers and wine from around the globe as well as local favorites. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable too. The parking lot can be a little dangerous at times when they are busy, but otherwise I usually do not go anywhere else to stock my liquor cabinet.

So much variety at this place, I get lost each and every time. Theres a lot to choose from! WARNING: dont even attempt to come to this place if you have a fake ID. They strictly enforce having legitimate IDs and especially for those who may be 25 but have the face of a child (like myself).

Nice selections, and people will help. Its just the parking is horrible. It should be Waaaaay larger parking pad then what they have Now.. I would love to go More because of the selection, but The thought Of parking makes ME go to pikesville... I dont mind the Ride, I have to Park....

Knowledgeable staff and all are very friendly and accommodating. They have a terrific selection and can often get what you want if they dont carry it. The place can get crowded before a holiday but they always keep the lines moving! Only complaint...their crazy parking lot.
