This is definitely not the greatest mall but if youre out for a quick shopping and want to get in and out, greenspoint is a good mall. It seems pretty abandoned in certain areas of the mall and if youre looking for a mall to walk thru and stroll thru for window shopping, I wouldnt recommend this mall. But if you know exactly what you need, then this mall is good for that. However I dont recommend the movie theatre in this mall. The place is always so sloppy, trash and popcorn always all over the place, nacho chips sitting open in trays for long periods of time. I feel the theatre concessions stands are just not sanitary clean I have never went there where it was nicely upkept. I have been to the movies here a bunch of times however my family and I stopped going altogether because the consession area is ALWAYS sloppy! But overall I would give the mall part a 4 star which does not include the actual theatre.

This mall has seen some much better days. Now there are only 3 stores even worth going to. Its past glory from the 70s - 80s sadly cant possibly return in its current form. But the movie theater is top notch as well as the exercise facilities, and a few boutique item stores and the boxing club! Yes a real boxing facility for training fighters. But sadly nothing else really. Its not a ghost town but very near. Most of the places you would want to visit you dont have to even really go into the mall anymore. But if not for those very few places it can be avoided. And thats really sad for a historic mall such as it once was.

I visited Greenspoint Mall stopped in a shop call the hook up. had to be the worst experience I have had in a while.... the store clerk literally followed me around the store maybe about five yards behind me or less. felt very uncomfortable... I asked her was she following me?? she said yes she had too !!!! unbelievable (WOW) I told her to have a good day and exit the store.... whats that all about? who does that ??? not good !!!! I was thinking to myself.. it cannot be because I am black because the store is in the black community... Had to give that one to God .... (Smile)

You smell the mold the moment you open the first set of doors. You smell the must the moment you open the second. Most of the stores are vacant, and what few there are are all repeats of the same store, and are just generally pretty awful. "Ghetto" really is the only way to describe this place. Its not just a bad mall compared to the Woodlands, which is amazing and just of a drive on the highway- it is seriously one of the worst excuses for a mall I have ever seen. The only reason to ever enter is for the recruiting offices.

Shopping is not a spectator sport, but with Orlando’s tourist throngs coming out en masse to sack the city from outlet mall to retail mega-center, it can sometimes be a contact sport. The cool part? Venues such as the Buena Vista Factory Stores and Orlando Premium Outlet on International Drive are often microcosms of sorts – modern day bazaars where travelers from distant lands, speaking different languages come to buy the things they need. Of course, True Religion jeans and Nike cross-trainers

only worth visiting to buy sneakers, cheap jewelery and cheap sleazy looking club wear for the ladies. mall has a musty odor the celling is old and rusty looks like it can cave in any minute! vacant or closed stores line the walkways. food court is pathetic nothing but cheap old tasting chinese food and a pizza joint when the street lights come on dont be caught nowhere near this mall or you may end up as a victim on the nightly news

Theres not very many major stores in this mall but those remaining are ok. This mall have a bad reputation because of the people in the area so that drives business away. I dont shop at this mall or frequent this area often anymore. They need to clean up the entire area; drugs, crime and that run down the area. Police dept in mall helps. Also theres a movie theater here thats nice. DONT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR!

I just come here to walk or people watch. Not many stores to shop at and the few clothing stores are all mainly disorganized clearance stores. You can see some pretty interesting things in this mall. Saw a dog eating at the food court once, literally sitting at the table. You can also make a drinking game out of the many plastic tubs they have throughout the place because of its leaks.

Nothing here. Place is very empty, run down, and known by locals to be a dangerous place of criminal activity. Often called "Guns Point Mall". If you are traveling, do not send your teens here. There is another mall that is relatively close to the airport, Deerbrook Mall in Humble. DB mall is a very clean, safe, happy place to be with restaurants all around and a happening crowd.

The seating is terrible. I was with my family and we couldnt sit together because every other seat was broken. Within the first 20 minutes of the movie (War for Planet of the Apes), it froze TWICE, with 10 to 15 minute delays in between before management stepped in. Fortunately, the theater refunded me my money. I actually give this theater a "Negative Five Stars"....

Sad. This mall is only alive because of the movie theater. I remember coming here to play at the arcade, drinking a smoothie from Thirstys and eating pizza from Sbarro when I was a child. I loved throwing coins into the water fountains and walking around the edges of them. Now its got leaks everywhere, rats, almost no big stores and the crowd has definitely changed.

DILLARDS outlet is AMAZINGLY organized!!!! For this to be a bargain basement of sorts, this has to be the easiest shopping experience ever. The staff was very nice, they were diligent about returning items to the shelves, and ensure that items were sized and properly marked. I havent had a successful shopping experience like that in a while. Great work!!

This mall is ok I mainly come here to go to the Uniform Store for my kids uniforms. And to do surveys at Heakin Research. And sometimes me and boyfriend come here to go shopping for us and our kids. Other than that we go to Willowbrook Mall, Marshalls, Walmart, Target, TJ Maxx, City Trends, etc. Oh and the movie theater is pretty good.

Poor mall is becoming the bare bones of a dead dinosaur. So many brand retailers have left, the surrounding community acts a fool, and it is just over all quiet inside. Their saving grace is its location for those staying in the surrounding hotels, and that they have a bustling movie theater.

Nickname is or at there least was Gunspoint mall. Almost seems abandoned-not a lot of shops. .. But the prices here are good and its nice sometimes to not have to deal with a crowded mall. -Sometimes people outside asking for money. Just come here during there day-a little safer I think.

Do not shop at Macys unless you are planning to have a headache for the rest of your time at this mall. The whole entire place smells of mold..... They do not carry a huge selection of perfume here either and the women that work in the jewelry department are rude and inattentive.
