We havent bought a car from them yet - but we will. Im actually holding out on looking elsewhere until they get something in we like. Why? Because we just had the most laid back, non-pressured, wonderful experience there last weekend. And all the other reviews - look, you may have had problems with your car - but you know, they sell USED CARS there. Theres no warranty. It says so right there on the window of every single car. Its YOUR responsiblity to inspect the car youre buying. If youre too stupid to know a bad car when you see one - how is that their problem? No one forced you to buy a car there. Look - Two of the bad reviews start exactly the same (maybe change it up a bit next time you add yet ANOTHER review to the tally whoever you are), one person is mad because they cant personally talk to Mitch. (Get over yourself) and another review has to do with them not holding a truck for you? Absurd. Do you know how many people probably call them and say "Oh, Im coming to look at that car" and then NEVER show up? You get a big "cmon man" for that. PS - good faith deposits arent refundable. Thats why its called a "good faith deposit" and not a "reservation fee." You backed out, you dont get your money back. As for the person whos upset that they "sold" their loan - omg. Do you really think they finance the cars themselves? PS - pay your car payment and your car wont be towed. I know this has been kind of a rant, but I really hate to see good companies smeared by clueless people who think the whole world should revolve around them. Take some responsibility for your own stupidity and/or ignorance. Not everything is someone elses fault. See ya soon, Mitch Simpson sales guy. You were the nicest, most informed salesman we talked to all weekend. PS - If you doubt my review - just click the "merchant circle" link and take a look at the 4.7 out of 5 they got there. Dang, G+ users are a sorry bunch...

Sales person did not know any information on the vehicle that we called ahead about and told him we were coming. You would think he would do a little research knowing we were coming. We did end up purchasing the vehicle because the trade in value was good. The vehicle we purchased had a few minor deficiencies we were aware of, but we were aware of these minor things. They did pull the carfax for us. The vehicle was missing the fog light bulbs and only came with one key fob. The dealership wrote a "we owe you" for the missing things. 3 months later and several calls later (that were never answered), we still have not seen the simple items they promised to mail us. We also live in Alabama (which is a 20 day state to register your tag) and the dealership did not send the paperwork in until about day 45, and told us they would not reimburse the late fee. On top of all this, we have already had to put over $2,000 into repairs for the vehicle that we have only had 3 months. There were underlying problems with the power steering pump, and 4x4 transfer case. Both had to be replaced, and there are still some small problems wrong with it. It seems the vehicle was patched to sell and then everything started falling apart. The only reason we made the deal was for the trade in value. We will NEVER go back or recommend this painful dealership to anyone.

Obviously this seemed too good to be true when I found it. I have been searching for years for a specific Jeep Wrangler. And I found it browsing through Craigslist! The posing had only been up for a few hours, so I thought I had a real good chance of getting it. I was even willing to drive over 4 hours to get it. That posting brought me to this site, which said I could do a " guaranteed approval" online application. Application was quick and easy and said I would be contacted by a sales rep shortly. I filled out the application after work one night so it was easily after 11pm. I have made several calls to this place, but have yet to be called back, or even reach a human beings voice. And of course, now, over 17 days later, the vehicle has since, more than likely, been sold, as it can no longer be found on the dealership website, but has yet to be taken off of Craigslist. Yall could save yourselves a lot of time and energy, by just skipping posting on Craigslist, seeing as my money wasnt as green as someone elses.

The worst excuse of a sales dealership i have ever had experience with. I had an opportunity to purchase a 2004 Toyota Tacoma that i have been looking for. I had talked to BRANDI in the sales department and told her I was VERY interested in the truck, but I was driving from a long distance. Told her I was going to be there in the afternoon, and when I made a courtesy call to give her a heads up I was almost there, she says "We already sold the vehicle." WTF. I left work early, told her what time I was expecting to be there, gave her every change to hold the truck for me. The manager on duty showed no remorse for the lack of attention given by his employee. Her excuse was that they were slammed. I guess I am not good enough for there business. NO!!!! They lost my business, and they dont deserve it. I will never even look at their inventory again, and i will make sure its known to others to not go there either. Good luck to those who make the attempt, but I am not going anywhere near that place

I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership this month July 2015, It was the worst car buying experience in my life. I Traveled 700 miles to pick up the vehicle after I was told it was ready to go, as I was leaving I almost crashed because there was no brakes. first they tried to force me to leave with it like that, when I wouldnt accept, they told me to come back in a week. I had to rent a car for $400 to go home plus another $300 in expenses that their lies cost me. When I got back it was a very shabby job, very unprofessional and the brakes only works at 50%. Some parts were left in the trunk. When I checked the wipers they did not work either they had to fix them right there. I would not recommend this dealership to any buyer, my experience is proof that they do not check the vehicles that they are selling to the public and they could be dangerous just like the one they sold me.

Katie sold me my H2 Hummer, the experience was very easy, she was very professional and the Hummer is exceptionally nice.. the vehicle was waiting for me once we got there and after reading other reviews on here that were amazingly negative, I encountered zero of the issues that were described, I found it to be a very quick and easy process and the vehicle was priced right.. so thank you guys for an excellent experience and an enjoyable ride home.. this is my 3rd Hummer H2 and if I am ever in the market for a vehicle again after getting the truck I wanted it will be one of the places I look first and I dont mind driving a couple of hours from Atlanta area to get exactly what I wanted. Thank you!!
