Today was my third attempt to conduct business with this dealership in the past two years. The first two times I dealt with the same sales person who was so full of himself and insulting that I couldnt even think clearly. I walked out both times. Today was a completely different experience. I called and spoke with a lady who told me that the Silverado that I was interested was in stock, and that it did indeed have all of the features that I was looking for. I was at a GMC dealer where I was about to purchase a Sierra and I thought I had better look into Chevy as well and see a price/spec comparison. Upon arrival I was greeted by a nice young man who was eager to help. I was in a hurry and only had fifteen minutes, but that was plenty of time to see the truck and get a price. The first issue was that the truck actually wasnt in stock, it had already been sold, but they didnt tell me that until I was a quarter mile across the lot looking at a truck that I didnt even want. Next issue was when we got back to the showroom. I walk in the door and an employee actually has a lit cigarette and is walking out the door!!! Could be not wait ten seconds to get outside and light it?? Are you serious?? This is supposed to be a professional place of business. Next, the young man takes me back to his desk and pulls out a long page of information to collect. I said, "listen, im honestly not trying to be rude, but I am in a hurry and I know the vehicle that I want and all I want is an out the door price to compare with what GMC is offering." He understood and was happy to help. He walked over to RANDY the manager and was completely made a fool of. He told him that I was ready to buy a truck, I was in a hurry, and simply wanted a price to compare with the GMC Sierra that I was looking at. RANDY told him in the most a-hole of a tone and with a nasty face, to get back to his desk and fill out all the paperwork and do his job like he was trained to do. RANDY says that he doesnt do business like that!! If I was a shorter tempered man I would have knocked some sense into RANDY. Instead I turned around and walked out the door. How can a showroom manager treat his sales people like that and disrespect them like that, especially in front of a customer?? I will never set foot in Century III Chevrolet again and strongly advise the same for all people in the market for a Chevy. I gave them three strikes and they took three BIG swings and missed.

Its not like me to leave a review, but these people at this dealership are exceptional. I wanted to put this out there so if anyone is on the fence about where to buy their next car, they will go to this dealership. We had an odd situation where we bought a new car last year (October 2015) and after having it for only 1 year it had an issue that could not be resolved. The dealership tried their best to correct the problem, but in the end it could not be fixed. I have to say that it took a few weeks to get ironed out because it was a complex issue, but in that time we were not left without a car (they provided us a loaner and told us not to worry about anything to use it like it was ours), they were in constant contact with us throughout the whole process and when it came down to the time when I needed back up with GM on my position about not wanting the car back, they were 100% in our corner. They let me make the decisions on how to proceed with getting into a new car (that I was not prepared to buy right now) and I was not stuck with the deal that would have come from GM corporate. They worked their butts off to make sure we werent worried about what was going to happen. Gary Lee and his team are not only professionals, but they are just good people. Throughout this whole process we have had dealings with quite a few people at the dealership from the service people, service managers, finance office, sales people (I could go on...), and you can tell they all enjoy their work and the people they work with. Gary Lee if you are reading this... THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Dont EVER get a repair done here. My Saturn Aura was involved in an accident and towed here for repair. They competed the work on the car and received payment from my auto insurance carrier and our deductible. During the repair they told us the car would be ready by a certain date, and then called to tell us that there was additional work required to the steering components of the car and it would be an additional day of repair. We agreed and the work was completed. We picked the car up, and drove it for roughly three weeks and the steering went out completely. We could barley get the car back to them as a result of the malfunction. They told us that there was a leak in the steering column, but that they never worked on the steering of the car! Our insurance company went out to talk with them and they told them the same thing. As a result the car was not repaired by them and we had it moved to our private mechanic. He inspected the work done and confirmed that they had worked on the steering and that the rack and pinion were bad, and the pump was damaged during repair by Century Three Chevy. Our insurance adjustor wend out to see the car, and to confirmed that Century Three Chevy had not done what they certified to them in the claim. The insurance carrier re-opened the claim and covered the work on the car. DONT EVER GO TO CENTURY THREE CHEVY FOR ANYTHING! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS, DISHONEST AND LACK INTEGRITY!

I was having several issues addressed with my car. 1.) Gears were slipping and caused me to have an accident. 2.) steering issues that were part of a recall (enclosure 14232) After having my car fixed it was sent to the dealership to be checked for issues on the gears and the recall. I was given my car back and told everything was fine now. The following day I receive a phone call from the dealership telling me my parts are in for the car. (after I left thinking my car was fixed) Upon conversation with the woman she told me they had fixed my gears (the ones they said had no issues) but didnt have the recall parts until that day. So instead of keeping my car a few days longer and fixing it they sent me home in a defective car risking my life and the safety of others! Also fixed an issue they lied and said wasnt an issue when in fact it was and caused me to have an accident. I will be contacting the BBB and lawyer about this matter. I am beyond horrified by this incompetence and lies. I will also be contacting the local news "Get Marty" to do an investigative piece on GM and this dealership so that if there are others who have this issue they will be able to voice their concerns and take legal action as well. When I bought this car I thought I bought a good american built car...all I got was GMs attempt at a car. I have lost all faith in GM as company.
