If I could give them zero stars I would! Worst furniture ever! Worst quality furniture. After a couple of months the bed I bought was falling apart. Customer service told me the manufactures give you a year guarantee... when they bed starting breaking Ive had it for less than a year they sent a technician instead of replacing the bed. They placed 3 pieces of wood to hold the bed which they are cracking and one of them already came off. They bed sinks if I sit on it. I called them again and they said I dont have guarantee on it so they couldnt replace it. All they want is peoples money, they dont care about their clients. I dont recommed this place at all. They dont replace the furtinure as they should when you are covered by the guarantee. They send people to try to fix it so they dont have to replace it!!!

Quality of furniture/customer service My fiance purchased this furniture on Nov 19th of last year and its falling apart mind you I have extended warranty and all damages are not covered and my manufacturer warranty is expired a week and Babcock wont accommodate me....RIP OFF DONT SHOP THERE...
