This is a beautiful store which does seem to have high-quality merchandise, and I so far love the patio dining set we ultimately bought. But unfortunately, service doesnt come close to matching the stores high class prices. Unlike other reviewers who have complained of delivery issues, we took the dining set home in our car. To check out, a sales rep--too busy to help us-- sent us to her manager, who seemed as though he didnt want to be bothered and was very unknowledgeable in response to questions we asked. He indicated no assembly was required on the table. Wrong! The box containing the fold-up table, we learned only after dragging it home in effective 100 degree heat, contained screws, but had tape over the directions so they werent readable. Tools provided were poor quality and inadequate for the magnitude of the job, which required a professional drill, nut driver and rivet driver. So we were unable to assemble it properly. When we called to complain, we finally were allowed to exchange the table for an already assembled floor model--no discount--after initially being told that was not something the store allows. We thus dragged the table back and got the floor model home only to realize that it was missing a plastic cap to cover a screw as well as 4 levelers. So much for this stores quality oversight! Back with the floor sample table to the store again in the heat! On this return visit, my husband, upon entering the store, noted that the first table we had returned--the one that he had not yet properly assembled--already was being displayed as a floor model. Good luck to any future buyer! ******************************************** Well, after this store responded to my original 2-star review to privately contact the owner (though providing no contact info) I emailed the corporate headquarters and received a call from the general manager-corporate consumer relations. He listened to our problems and offered a discount for our inconvenience. He also informed us that our warranty on the tables resin wicker was three years rather than the two years disclosed on the tag. We love the patio set, which includes a fold-up table--a great feature for our hurricane-prone area that I had not seen at other stores. Thus, Ive upped the stores rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Terrible. Rude condescending sales lady. I spent $4000 plus, did not get what I wanted. Waited 2 hours for sales ticket to be written up- had to come back twice before it was completed. I requested by phone that I be given a phone call prior to delivery so I could be present. I received a text that they would arrive in 5 minutes. I was at the home in three minutes and the furniture was already assembled and left. I especially requested two high back chairs -only reason I ordered them. I received two regular back height chairs. I was told the chair (sitting in the show room) was not manufactured. I was talked down to and patronized every time I talked to this particular woman. The initial sales man was new and extremely accommodating but not versed in their ordering process and she seemed to resent helping him place the order. Way too much drama for patio furniture.

We had a terrific experience at this store. We went in to buy a chaise lounge for our patio and bought one that was perfect for our needs at a really good price. The selection was excellent and the gentleman who worked with us(Mr. Benitez) was just terrific. He knew his stock; took down chairs from a pile so we could test them; showed us a sample of stock coming in shortly in case we preferred to wait and had great patience as we decided among several good choices. He was just the perfect salesman. We cant say enough good things about our experience.

Terrible service!! Was told our "special" order would be ready in 4 weeks. 10 weeks later we are still waiting!!! Find someplace else to do business with. Untrustworthy and didnt communicate status of order. We have to call to get updates!
