A salon is not only a place where you get your hair cut - it should also be a place where you leave the frustrations of life behind, when you open the door and enter. Lofty is definitely that place!! For me, getting my hair styled is an opportunity to pamper myself, especially these days, when stress is so much a part of life. When you walk into the shop, you can almost physically feel your blood pressure drop. Soft tones, testures, scents and voices signal that you are in for a time of peace and tranquility. Mona Harb, owner and lead stylist, warmly welcomes you like you are a member of her family. Not only is she an artist in coiffure, in her own right, but she has also assembled an expert staff and an array of services that will meet your every need. For instance, I actually hosted a bridal shower at Lofty, for my soon-to-be daughter-in-law and it was amazing! My guests were so impressed with this unusual and lovely venue and they still talk about what a wonderful and elegant event it was! Bravo to Mona and her staff for making Lofty so much more than just a Saturday morning haircut!! Lofty is truly an oasis and I plan to return often!

Over the years I have bounced from salon to salon, not having much luck visiting the same one more than twice.... How difficult could it be, just blond highlights please. My hair is fine, was blond until my teens but as an adult, all I could hope for was brassy blond highlights from professionals. So for years, I just did highlights myself. You know what I mean, those drugstore kits you do at home using a cap! "Chez Moi", I was never disappointed and the price was right! Then came those nasty GREYS! Before long, I couldnt manage it. Again, I was at the mercy of salons that just didnt deliver. UNTIL Mona Harb, owner of Lofty Salon & Wellness Center, touched my drab, dull, overly orangish-blond hair! A miraculous transformation occurred! The grey hair melted away, the orange was toned down, the resulting color looked naturally sun kissed. When Mona was done styling, I had a refreshed look. My locks did not look "colored", it was so perfectly blended! I looked like ME! This is the way I am supposed to look! Im thrilled that my search lead me to LOFTY and MONA HARB. Today was my second visit and Im not going anywhere else, LOFTY is a KEEPER!

I have been going to Loftys Salon for well over 2 years now and have never had a negative experience. I was referred to Loftys by a trusted friend after constantly changing hair stylists because no one ever seemed to "get it right." I have thick, wavy hair that can sometimes be diffcult to style. Therefore, it really takes the right person to know the best color, cut and style for me. Mona and her team have mastered this and are amazing at both highlights/lowlights and cut. I have also come here for all up-dos over the past few years and Ive never been less than thrilled with the way my hair has come out (these have been some of the best up-dos I have ever had - honestly!). In addition to a friendly team of stylists, the atmosphere is also very pleasant and relaxing. If you are looking for an all around positive experience, then I highly recommend you try Loftys Salon and Wellness Center...you will not be disappointed!

Salons dont come any better than Monas LOFTY SALON in Vienna! We are fortunate in this area that there are lots of good hair sylists from which to choose....but LOFTY is truly different...and BETTER than the rest! What separates Mona is how she treats every client as an individual and isnt satisfied until you feel and look better--inside and out; the emphasis being on the "feel" better which is truly Monas unique gift in this business. And that means going beyond a simple haircut and color. For example, when I retired from the AF, she helped host a women-only celebration, transforming her salon into an unforgettable evening for about 60 women. And this past weekend, she again opened her salon on a Sunday afternoon for massages and facials in honor of another retiring AF officer. Please go visit Lofty and youll see for yourself...and develop your own relationship with this special salon!

I have been to Lofty twice, both times for haircuts from Mona. I have never had a hairdresser who knew what to do with my curly hair. Mona has been a Godsend. The first appointment was just a trim and consultation. I learned so much about my hair and got a trim that lasted longer than any other I have ever had. The second time I visited Mona, I told her I wanted a big change - to chop off my long curly hair into a bob and dye it. I was so nervous, but the results were better than I ever could have dreamed. Everyone who sees it asks me where I got it done. I look like a new person - even the skeptics of my plan love it! Mona truly is an artist, magician, and a wonderful soul. My curly haired coworkers immediately booked appointments with her after seeing her amazing work. I would HIGHLY recommend that any curly haired person go see Mona.

Today I had my hair styled by Oralia at Lofty Salon and Wellness Center. I have not been this satisfied since I had my hair done in Rome 25 years ago. She has years of experience with curly hair and she takes her time to get the shape and style that best suits my face. I am so delighted. Mona came by as I was having my eyebrows tidied up later by another esthetician and suggested how I might be more comfortable in the chair. It couldnt have been a nicer experience.

Beware...do not go to this place if you want to keep your hair long! Mona cut it way shorter than I wanted. My hair was down to my mid back and now it is hardly past my shoulders. I told her I wanted long so I can wear a bun. I can barely put my hair in a pony tail. My hair looks horrible. She was also doing another clients hair the same time as me. Not worth the price! Will never go there again!!!

All I can say is WOW! I found Lofty on Google when looking for a hair stylist in Vienna area since I recently moved here. I found out that they also have a day spa and a boutique as well. I went in for a hair cut and ended up receiving the best massage and facial ever! They also carry a great selection of brands for clothes and accessories. I look forward to going back before the holidays.

Taylor is incredible! I walked in without an appointment, showed her an old headshot that no hairstylist was able to fully replicate in the past, and she absolutely nailed it. Its been a week now and I cannot count all the compliments I collected along the way in such a short period of time. She is the next big name in the hair industry! Im now a customer for life.

Inconsistent quality... My first cut from Mona was fantastic, and the second cut was terrible and not what I asked for (when I pulled out a picture of my own hair with the nice cut from the first visit). Cut #2 is way too short, and belongs on someone much older than myself. It will take all summer to grow out of this and Im very unhappy.
