They did a nice job on some aspects of the transaction. Others were not done so well. The sales people were very easy to work with and helpful regarding the vehicle. The owner changed the purchase price of the car at closing from what was originally quoted. I reluctantly agreed because the car itself was exactly what I was looking for. Dearer also stated at closing they were required to pay the lender a fee which I verified with the lender was not a truth. The title work was processed incorrectly, I had to pay more out of pocket for items which were to be included in the closing. I had to make 4 more trips back to the dealership just to pick up the registration and tag due to their mistakes. A phone call would have been appreciated and appropriate. Items on the car needing repair were not completed at time of delivery, I agreed to take delivery and return car later for needed repairs. It took 8 weeks to get them to take the car back in due to their lack of return phone calls and other excuses about not having a mechanic. 4 items were on the list, 1 I fixed myself before returning, 1 they now refuse to acknowledge and refuse to fix. I will make determination on the other two when I pick up the car shortly. On top of all of this, they didnt have the courtesy to call me to advise the car was "finished" and ready to be picked up. Overall, I would not do business here again as they were not truthful and very difficult to work with on agreed upon items after the sale was closed. Their level of customer service leaves a great deal to be desired.

Auto Express is not for you! I spoke to the salesperson Tony regarding purchasing a F150 on Sunday, he never showed up to meet me. I called the following day and we negotiated a set price cash deal. He did say several times "no dealership fees" as the original ad was posted on Craigs list as "BY OWNER" ..(1st strike). I spoke with him following night since he was not available to show the vehicle AGAIN, because it was located somewhere else. I called him the following morning to see the vehicle with my son. We arrive and with expecting to see the truck, I am approached by the "finance" manager who needs to tell me " Not able to release truck off lot for $7,000. Which I will say his TONE was not acceptable and I told him he "needed to take it down a notch". I explained to him I negotiated a price with TONY and him not honoring what we discussed was unprofessional. Needless to say he went into office to speak to OWNER (who was also very unprofessional) he cursed out Tony inside the show room. I will not repeat what he said. He approached me saying he spoke with him and we can have truck for $8200!..lol OK did you talk to the wall when you walked back inside?? So we walked away very disappointed and will never refer this place...

I bought a 2003 mustang convertible off these people william sold me it the first thing that happened when we drove off the lot is we had to bring it back they knocked a hose off after that we spent more time than we wanted to for them to do nothing but put the hose on when i got home i assessed the fluids and all there was transmissiom fluid in my power steering resoviour ASWELL as the oil was filled too high so i had to drain it before damages happened then i take the wheels off to check the break AND I WAS MISSING THE INSIDE BREAK PAD they let me and my girlfriend drive off missing breaks the last repair i had to do was replace the ems sensor because it cracked WE HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR LESS THAN A MONTH AND HAVE PUT OVER 400 DOLLARS IN REPAIRS DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEIR MECHANICS ARE TRASH THE SALESMEN ARE RUDE Edit: completely forgot to add the service engine lights been on since we drove it off too i took it to advanced auto to get a computer reading and the o2 sensor is triggering the light so more money that i need to replace i should be a mechanic for these people

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle here and have been happy since the moment we went to look at it. Robert, our sales man was awesome at answering all of our questions and making sure we left happy. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Ron, the finance man also did an amazing job at making sure we left satisfied. They truly let you know they care about the customer and the experience and to us that was quality! We will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle along with recommending auto express to anybody in the market looking for a quality vehicle and a great experience!

Came in and asked about a car I saw online for 13,000 and came with 5000 in cash to possibley put a down payment on the car and the sales man was kind and got the keys for me to take a look and the owner came running out and yelled at me saying I couldnt afford that car and that I should leave and then he said the car was not 13,000 but 35,000 and said he would only take cash for the full amount of 35,000 and said "get out you cant afford anything here!"Never have I had such a terrible experience at a car dealership . Would not recommend this dealership to anyone !

My girl and i visited your dealership Saturday to look at a corvette. Due to recent medical procedures, she was not comfortable. We were given freedom to inspect the rest of your inventory with no pressure. The salesman Robert and your finance person Ron, were very professional. This was the finest visit we have ever had in over 10 years at a car facility. We were impressed with the quality and caliber of the vehicles, and will be back to do business. Also, letting my friends know not to waste time in Brevard and to make the 40 minute trip to goldenrod!

They are a great car lot. They have taken care of me. They are very precessional. I have had problems with my making my payments. I have even had my car repossessed twice. I have showed up and gotten it back. They have went above and beyond trying to help me. I would recommend then to anyone. Even my mom got a car from them. Please anyone looking for a car give them a try. Staff owners everyone dies a fantastic job thank you Christy
