Very disappointed change the rules as they go I believe the Spanish salesmans name was Rene he was the only descent thing going there his son is in the Marine corp. I served in the USMC for 8 years desert storm veteran Rene was the only one that acknowledge that and understood the situation Mark was disrespectful and John is doing recon by fire but that is what you get when you deal with a low end dealership I would not recommend south side at all its sad to because I have lived in Orlando all my life and have passed by there many of times !

I am a recent new customer. I am so happy that someone suggested Southside. Even though the car I bought is older than the car I just parted with - I am super happy. I now believe this is the best car I ever had. When I told the sales guy I cant deal with car repairs he was able to suggest a few cars for me to pick from where I might have better luck. So glad we had that discussion. My entire family is happy with my purchase.

Bought 4 cars the last one was a POS and had faulty breaks, faulty headlights, radio went out after a couple of weeks, Back windows quit going up and struts needed replace soon after purchase. They are smooth talkers, never honored anything and wanted me to pay for things that were wrong when bought. They get worse and worse yearly. Car still not paid off with their over priced cars.

This was a very seamless process. The down payment and monthly payment was listed on their website which made the experience very easy. The staff was up front and very friendly and they had a great selection of cars. It was easy to find their dealership and there was no pressure. I am very happy with my Pacifica and I will be coming back when it is time.

Rene respected our boundaries allowed us to shop test drive and was a very respectful salesman. He did not hound which was a pleasant gesture. He only supplied useful information and was always truthful. I will certainly recommend friends and family.
