Before my scheduled Spring AC Spring maintenance I received several reminders as well as one when he was on his way. When Juan got here, after greeting me and my dogs, he put on shoe covers so he would not mess up my floors. He explained why he was there, what he was going to do and what my maintenance contract covered. In the midst of the process he came upstairs to show me photos of what he did and why. My diamond maintenance contract covered parts that had worn out. He then noticed my gas fireplace in my living room. And commented on the film buildup on the glass. I remembered when we built the house 13 years earlier the installer had told me not to use window cleaner on the glass. I had never had maintenance on the fireplace. Luckily the next appointment had cancelled so he had time to work on my fireplace. He took the time to tell me what he was doing and how to turn off the pilot light during the summer if I wanted to. When he was done it looked like a brand new fireplace. I had gotten used to the film and didnt realize how opaque it was. After he completed both projects, he sent my receipt through email which I requested. That way I know where it is stored in my computer file. After discussing the age of my AC (13 years) he offered to send me four estimates in case I want/need to replace it. He even offered dog bones to my two curious pets. All in all the work was done professionally, conveniently (5 PM) and in a friendly helpful way. I would definitely recommend Juan and Home Climates.

We had a heating element blow out on our water heater very early in the morning. I called Home Climates first thing and they took my information and had someone from the office respond pretty quickly thereafter. They were able to get a technician, Derek, out before lunch time. They sent me a text message with his picture so I knew who to expect to show up at my door and an estimated time of arrival (and not just the standard "between noon and 3 days from now" estimate either). Derek then called me and he ended up being able to make it out a little earlier than they estimated. Derek was very easy going and was sure to take the time to explain his diagnosis of and what it would take to fix the problem. He went above-and-beyond to make sure the problem was resolved quickly and correctly. I highly recommend Home Climates for any such issue. I will surely call them again if needed.

Home Climates has been our HVAC and plumbing services provider for a couple of years now. They have provided excellent service and last Thursdays HVAC maintenance visit from Juan was no exception. Juan arrived within the specified time range, sent a text heads up that he would be arriving along with a picture to identify himself with. He was very courteous, polite and professional, and was accommodating of our circumstances that evening - working around a barky dog and a fiance that needed quiet in order to sleep before going in to an extra shift at work. Juan answered a couple questions that I had and provided valued tips/advice, and didnt rush me in any way or make me feel dumb for asking questions. He provided thorough, detailed service to our system and made me feel reassured that our investment in our HVAC system with Home Climates is a solid one. Thanks again Home Climates!

I have used this heating/ac contractor twice and could not be happier with their service. I first contacted them after my hvac contractor of six years "fixed" my heater for about 500.00 (replaced the motherboard), and then would not come back to check on their work when the pilot wouldnt fire on. Needless to say, it never needed a new motherboard, my old contractor just bypassed about four troubleshooting steps and went right for the most expensive. Home Climates came out, fixed it correctly for less than a hundred dollars, and left those other guys in the dust. I just needed them again for a different problem and, once again, they were honest, prompt, reliable, knowledgable, and hassle-free. I am proud to recommend them over all others in Lancaster. Great job!

I had a small puddle near HVAC unit and water leaking from behind evaporator coil panel. I called Home Climates in the morning and was able to have someone come that afternoon. Shane arrived to check things out. When asked if he could do a tune up while he was here, he said yes. He ran tests and checked things out. Also, he didnt laugh at me for having the air filter in backwards lol. I was pleased with the service and will be calling them for any future needs and seasonal check ups. I also appreciated that they sent an email showing when and a photo of who would be coming to my home!

Nathan and his entire team are professional, respectful and committed to ensuring quality work. After having multiple issues with my furnace, and having one of Home Climates technicians spend most of the afternoon working on the equipment, Nathan himself came out, the evening before a major holiday to be certain I had heat. I ended up buying a new furnace from them, and every single person on staff, and especially Nathan himself, exhibited high caliber and proficiency, not to mention enduring determination to finalize the job despite a holiday schedule. I was looking for a reputable, customer service oriented HVAC company after having 2 bad experiences. Home Climates gave me some of both. The office staff was very responsive and returned my calls promptly. The service techs were very friendly and performed their services flawlessly and in a timely manner. Getting the appointment set up was a bit of a struggle, with a lot of phone tag and long periods of no communication and promises of return calls that never came. I will continue to use Home Climates, though, as they are the best of the bunch.

We love technician, Juan. He came over a year ago and put a new gas furnace in our home the day before a bad snow storm hit. We just saw Juan again today as my outside ac unit needed some attention. It stopped working. Juan is friendly and always keeps me informed every step of the way. What is also helpful is my son suffers from a rare disease, HD, and its very important his body temp doesnt get hot. He dehydrates easily. Emily in the office was nice, thoughtful in arranging a quick service that met our needs. Thank you!

First off, we were so glad to find someone that would actually work on our fireplace! From the first phone call everyone was so polite and friendly. Scheduling was easy. The Service Tech, Juan, arrived promptly. He took the time to explain what was happening with the fireplace and the best remedy for it. A part did need to be ordered. Juan thoroughly cleaned and serviced it too! He covered his shoes and laid a protective cover on the floor before starting any work. Extremely pleased and highly recommend!

Home Climates was awesome from the very beginning to the end! Customer service is super kind, someone was able to come out the next day. our service tech Chris knew exactly what he was talking about, figured out the issue with our water heater right away and was able to fix it the same day in about 15 minutes. Pricing is unbeatable! I was quoted by another company for $700 for repairs and Home Climates did it for a quarter of that price! Thank you Chris!
