My husband and I first bought a king, all latex foam mattress through the American Fork R & S Mattress. We really appreciated the salesmans approach to selling (he wasnt pushy or flowery in his comments...he was genuine, helpful, and very patient with us). He was able to give us a very reasonable price on what seems to be a great mattress. We were so pleased with the experience that just a month and a half later, we went back and purchased our daughter a nice Euro-top twin mattress for a great price! We have already recommended them to friends and family. They are a liquidator, so dont expect to see several of the same mattresses...and they have some name brands, but not a lot. The mattresses that we looked at that arent name brand still seem like great quality and seem comfortable. Their prices are competitive.

Awesome customer service!!! I had been looking around for a new mattress and had checked several places. R&S mattress has the best prices, and the best sales people.I talked to Ken, he obviously knew what he was talking about and helped me find the mattress I wanted. He even went out of his way to find it for me because he didnt have it in his store. He wasnt pushy or annoying. He was more than willing to let me look around and try as many as i wanted. they have an amazing exchange policy to make sure you get what you want. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nice new bed. I know I will be using them from now on!

Jeff was awesome. I was looking for an inexpensive spare twin mattress for my sons bunk-bed. Jeff let me know what was available and didnt try to talk me into something I didnt need for more money. He was about to leave for lunch but stayed to help me find exactly what I was looking for. R & S Mattress offers great customer service at affordable prices! Jeff even helped me load the mattress into my vehicle. I would recommend these guys to all and well be returning for our future bedding needs.

They have those great pillows. But I was in Murray to grab a pair and for some reason the place was closed at 2 pm. All the signs said open. Doors were just locked. I called his location only hoping to find out why they seemed closed but the guy just told me to come down to American fork and get the pillows for free. These people are awesome. They took what could have been a really frustrating and annoying experience and turned it in to a memorably happy outcome.

I was unhappy with problems I was having with my bed but, R & S came out and made things right! They replaced my frame with an upgrade model, and brought me new box springs....AND as an added bonus brought me some really nice sheets! On top of that they got here early to deliver everything and the guys were very nice, quick and professional! THANK YOU! I will be coming back in the next 6 months for 2 new kids beds.

Allen has been very helpful to my wife and I as we purchased our very first mattress. We werent happy with the first one and they are delivering the new one later this week for us to test further since the first option was a bit too firm. Prices are competitive but the nice thing is they just sell great service along with a good product - no pushy sales tactics. I would recommend R&S Mattress to family and friends.

Hours not as described! Both Google AND their website show the hours being open from 9 AM - 5 PM on Sunday. We packed up the whole family and came here to get a mattress only to find they are closed Sunday. Wasted our whole afternoon and gas coming here. I have no problem with places closing Sundays, but dont advertise you are open if youre not.

Extremely happy with the mattress and the service we received. Greg and crew went above and beyond to help us out when we were desperate and I honestly dont think a larger store could do the same for their customers. Weve had the bed for almost two weeks now, and from day one I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep.

Great price and amazing customer service. A number of free extras were included with our new king size mattress and delivery was prompt. We even switched out our mattress for a firmer one without hassle or extra charge. I dont think I would even spend time looking elsewhere when buying a mattress in the future.

We looked around and found the same mattress at R&S for half the price. The salesman was friendly and very helpful. We got out mattress delivered same day. They included a 3 week+ trial period and waranty on the mattress. It was a good buying experience.
