They repossessed my husbands truck that weve been paying for about 4 years while we were out of town for an emergency. We DID take more than a month to come back but as soon as we did, he started making payments which was more than $2,000. The day he finally made his last payment, my husband checked the truck to find out his speakers, amplifier, & clothes were missing! They cut all the wires from the alarm & searched inside the truck... probably looking for valuable items. He went back to give Blanca (the receptionist) the keys & told her he wanted the truck exactly the way it was before they took it. She assured it was ok for him to take the truck... that they had to look at the cameras & speak to the owner... that she would call him back on Thursday. Thursday came & my husband never received a call, he had to go in person. Blanca said they checked the cameras & nothing was found. Supposedly the truck was open when it was repossessed & the wires were cut, which doesnt make sense because we have recorded voice mails where Blanca wants the keys to the truck because they couldnt open it plus she also left voicemails on my parents phones. Again, she said the owner wasnt there until Monday. Today is Monday, my husband went & the rude owner, Robert, yelled at my husband. Tried to intimidate him & said "What are you going to do about it! Just wait till we repo the truck again & youll see whats going to happen!" Hes unprofessional, uneducated & stupid. Treats his customers with no respect. I bet he even threatened the receptionist, Blanca, because she didnt even open her mouth to say anything. My husband had to call the Irving Police to file a report and they told us what to do next. I cant believe the way these people do business. Theyre complete thieves.

Just wanted to thank Chrystal Alaniz for helping my family and I getting into an SUV. We test drove 4 vehicles and asked 50 questions before finally deciding on our Acadia (Wife decided). Vehicles and location are in good order and you receive help from the sales person to the guy cleaning the vehicles on the lot. Simple and easy service. Thanks guys!

Alaniz auto ranch is the best place to purchase used cars my family has been buying cars from them since 95 we bought a 92 Chevy suburban pristine condition and a 2001 gmc yukon by far the best cars and still running strong thanks guys and keep up the good work and great customer service
