I gave them more than a week to deliver the fridge . On the day of delivery , instead of calling me and telling me the fridge wasnt ready (after more than a week) they waited for me to call them which was after the expected delivery time and then decided to inform me that my fridge was still being worked on after I had been waiting home for this fridge. They then promised the fridge would be there the next day ... Well that never happened. After my boyfriend called about 6x they told him for sure the fridge was out for delivery by 6:00 . When 6:00 rolled around and no fridge appeared he called and they stopped answering. I then called from my number right after and they picked up . At 6:30 they told me the fridge wasnt any good and they had to still get it fixed . So like any normal consumer I flipped out . Not only had to been misleading me with times and keeping information from me , they straight up lied to my boyfriend and myself . I demanded my money back . LESSON LEARNED I will never go there again . My suggestion if you want your appliances working and on time ... Go somewhere else . STRAIGHT UP LIARS & THIEVES !!!!

My sister got a big refrigerator and a dryer from this place, she couldnt regret it more. Although appliances are in good condition, they came with cockroaches hidden in the motor part. They look immaculate, but she notices tiny roaches coming from close where the appliances are. She never have had those insects before and this means a terrible mistake to bring into her house an infestation. These people are the worse, because if they are in that business they should fumigate the place in order to prevent those filthy insects to get into the appliances.

The worst place to get your appliances, Just got a $600 fridge and freezer was never tested before was delivered. Now after waiting for a service tech for a week the guy never showed up, I had to take off from work for a no show, no call. Ill never buy appliances this place again. Plus forget about calling they dont pick up the phone. I still dont know how in the world they still in business.

"Breaking News" Poor products that will eventually break down and they dont give much warranty on the used products. The service is horrific.. its best to buy a new product than to go through the headaches of getting a used product from appliance warehouse and waiting of the service techs to arrive to service the issues that will come. Best advice stay away from this place.....

Disappointed by my experience on how I came an selected an appliance for my household, which was being prepared at the time to be put on display. I gave a deposit for the 20" stove and was told to come back after a few days and when I did come back to pick up, it was gone. I got refunded back my deposit and that was that.

The staff is was very friendly, helpful and professional. They answered any questions I had. Very reasonable prices. Just bought a portable ac and 12,000 BTU air conditioner for my living room. So far I am happy with my purchase. Will give another review in another month or so.

This is the worst place I have ever seen in the category of appliances. It smells, dirty. You feel like you are in a undeveloped country. Gross. I could not stay 5 minutes inside. And also prices are so up. It was like a joke.

Great prices and even greater service. Got a like new washer and dryer for such a great price and a 1 year warranty. When the washer was having issues, they came out right away and had it fixed. Highly recommend!!
