Car shopping here was not a great experience at all and I should have taken heed to previous reviews. The sales person had the wrong car transferred to their location for me and was only brought to light by me comparing the VIN # to what I had on my documents. I wasted time and gas going there after confirming TWICE that the car was at at their location, which it was not. They refused to negotiate with me on the car that I would have purchased anyways, due to their mistake. The sales person was interrupted multiple times by other associates asking for things and yelling across the building. He left me multiple times to assist other customers while i was seated at his desk. I agreed to come back the next day for the correct car only for the sales person to TEXT me and tell me the car was already being sold at its original location. Customer service and accountability sucks here to say the least. I ended up purchasing a car at another dealership

I have been car shopping for about 3 weeks before I came here. So i know about sketchy salesmen and finance managers. *cough* South loop hyundai *cough* However that was not the case when I came here. I was not pressured and rushed to make a decision. Everyone in the office seem very knowledgeable and very detailed when walking me through the process. My salesman (Robert) went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and no hidden fees. I was shocked to see how caring he was. Car maintenance seemed up to date. No issues there. I was a bit nosy and started listening in on other conversations in the office and let me tell you. These people are as good as it gets!!! p.s. that finance manger can work magic. I dont have the best credit (under 650) but she gave me a reputable bank with a low interest rate.

Edit: THEY CANCELLED MY WARRANTY WITHOUT REASON OR NOTICE!! YOU CANT CALL WITHOUT A PERSONAL CONTACT NUMBER OR IT HANGS UP ON YOU!! Original: At first, I thought this place was amazing. Then, my plates didnt come in the mail. When I first called they told me to hang tight. When I called again a couple weeks later they said I needed to come back because they messed up my inspection so I couldnt get plates. That was two years ago. Now, Im trying to call in my warranty because of a problem they told me not to worry about and the phone number listed on their website and here asks you for "area code and phone number" and then hangs up on you. I literally cannot get a hold of them because their listed numbers hang up on you. Terrible customer service. Do not buy a car here!

Car advertised on-line at extremely fair price ... not available. "sent to auction" ... We spent hours researching , purchased car fax, set up appt with our mechanic - only to find out the car is not even there. They were however happy to have him look at other cars way out of his price range. Updating their website after a car is sent to auction should be a priority. I believe it is a lure tactic as it remains online , which is why I am taking the time to rate and review.

Recently purchased a vehicle here ,waited HOURS to get a car , Drove off the lot and a week later I was told that the car could not be financed due to my check stubs looking " Fradulent " allegedly .... I have been calling these people DAILY to get my Downpayment back and keep getting the run around ! Now Im getting a lawyer involved it didnt take this long to deposit my money so it shouldnt take long to refund it !! Oh and everyone here is Rude and poorly trained !

I was truly impressed with the service was provided with at Herz, very down to earth people who did not at all fit the "used car salesman" stereotype, very helpful and transparent with their price and policy. Kevin helped me and was very helpful going above and beyond his required job, remembering and reminding me of things I had mentioned about the car and making sure they were fixed even though I did not remember. Very good experience at this dealership. Kudos!

Just purchased a car today and the experience was easy and enjoyable. Our salesperson was Tammy and she was Great! She worked with us for over a week to identify the right vehicles to test drive and then indulged us once by letting us drive 4 different models. Once we made our decision, the Finance Manager made finishing the deal easy, even negotiating with the bank to lower our rate so that we could get the payments we wanted.

Recently purchased a vehicle here...never again!! These People only care about moving units and thats it, after they receive your money youre on your own if you have any problems!Run from this place!!! Let me start by saying the web inventory and actual quality of the vehicles is not accurate by no means.If you want a quality vehicle & a company that really cares RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I was told I only needed to bring in my ID and proof of income . When I got to there they started asking for things I did not have with me . I was up there forever ! Waste of time ! And the Finance manager is rude . The cars on the lot are super dirty until purchased . Oh and make sure you get the car fax these cars are salvaged but they lie about it

I used the website, found what I wanted and bought it without problems in October (got a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage). Had such a good experience we repeated it for my son the following July (2016 Kia Soul). Their cars come with a warranty and lots are still under manufacturer warranty. Cars are priced below KBB and REALLY are the best deals

TERRIBLE service, TERRIBLE everything! The first day I bought my car the breaks started squealing.I BOUGHT THE CAR IN NOVEMBER 2014 ITS NOW THE END OF May 2015 AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY LICENSE PLATES AND REGISTRATION. This has been a terrible experience. I will NEVER purchase a car from this company again. BUYERS BEWARE!!!.

I bought my first car from here about 2 months ago. The person that sold me the car was Esmeralda Robles and she was very helpful. I never felt pressured or anything like that. I was already pre-approved through my bank so I didnt have to worry that. I was there for maybe two hours and left with the car I wanted.

Best car buying experience Ive ever had. Prices are great and they dont jack it up when you get there. Very honest people. I would definitely buy from them again. Only bad thing is they were very busy and we were there more than what I would of liked but they dont play games like other dealers Ive been to.
