Visiting family in Colorado, we are from Texas, when we were told about the new Goodwill in Broomfield. So my family and I which consisted of 5 adults and 4 kids went on Monday July 31 and needless to say it was the WORST experience ever! We were judged for being mexican and were then followed around the store by the "MANAGER" the whole time we were there and were made to feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE so we left. He then proceeded to follow us outside and then watched us from inside as we left!! He had NO reason to believe that we were there for anything more than to shop!!! My sister-n-law whom lives in Colorado went in to confront him and caught him talking about us with one of his employees. The "MANAGER" then went on to deny everything (because thats what RACIST DO), his excuse was that he wasnt following us but looking for an employee...there were only 2 employees working that day and they were in blue Goodwill shirts, not to hard to find them!! He was also very rude to her! So with all that said...DO NOT visit this store!!! They dont even deserve the 1 star!!!!

I moved here from out of state and did not have room for my very nice cherry wood desk. I called them and asked them if I brought it to them, would they have someone who could unload it from the U-Haul for me, as it was too heavy for me. I arrived 10 minutes later and the guy on the loading dock did not want to unload it. I ended up having to unload it myself. I will find a more appreciative place to donate in the future.

I found a dress I really liked but didnt have enough money, lets just say there is a really sweet girl there who made it fit my cash on hand. Another time I was a few cents off a purchase and the lady behind me was like do u need some change, and the cashier was looking through her extra change on the register. Not alot of plus size clothes, but a nice selection of shoes always

pretty much the same as all other goodwill stores, except this one has a space in the middle called Deja Blue. Its where they have all the fancy and high fashion clothing like leather jackets, suits, fancy dresses, etc. I also saw a big selection of new mattresses by the back of the store. Store employees were friendly and courteous and check out was fast and efficient.

The store is relatively new and has great book selection. I love that new items are pushed on to the floor giving customers more to buy. The staff are friendly and helpful, a girl with braids offered me a cart and actually asked if I needed help finding anything! Great customer service. This store is clean as well. Better than ARC.

One clerk now on several occasions was rude. He was a older guy. I asked for a receipt and I got a blank receipt with no initials or date. Then was reluctant to fill it out. Next time hes there he gets reported. Clean store inside. Everyone else was friendly.

Way over priced. Most items are priced just below retail for a new one. Some things I noticed were more expensive than new ones at big box stores. Not what a good will is supposed to be. Nice store with good selection however

Very clean, well organized, some of the best prices Ive seen. They even have brand new, name brand items. Found a brand new pair of fairly high end rollerblades for $4.00!! My son was thrilled.
