Well my fiancee wanted to get me a harley and found the one just like my old one but new.we are from san jose and drove all the way to livermore ro see the bike.we liked it and purchased it.however the sales guy was so quick to process the sale he didnt honor what we agreed on.after wasting a couple hours of my time haggling,we finally signed for the price we originally agreed on.I came a week later to pick up the bike because they wanted to "check"all the fluids and inspect the bike.they also told me it wouehave a full tank of gas and would be washed.none of the above was done.they didnt even have a gas cap for it.the bike basically sat for a week.so I have them find a gas cap and I take it anyway.a month goes by and I had not been able to ride it due to rain.then I get a break in weather and take my bike out to ride.and I ride hard.putting harley to the test.I get 25 miles and the o ring around the tappet was pinched from factory.spitting fluid all over I get it back to my house .I call harley Davidson and they dont have a pick up service.so I have to take a day off work,rent a u-haul truck and trailer.drive it there.I get assured the problem will be taken care of.a week goes by and no calls.so I call harley Davidson and they tell me "oh yeah its been done for a day or two.sorry no one called you."so I laugh and say"ok I will come tomorrow and pick it up".so they say"ok that will be great.we will wash it for you".knowing they wouldnt wash it I said ok anyway and we hung up.so I take another day off work.have my fiancee drive me all the way back to livermore to pick up the bike.I get there and there is hand prints and smudges all over the bike.the poor guy working felt bad about what other mechanics did so he cleaned it all up.it took him almost 30min. And he had to break out some serious stuff to get the smudges out of the paint.so I leave and the bike rides good.until a day later I noticed fluid all down the side of the mirror.when I look there is hydro fluid and brake fluid leaking out of both reservoirs.they didnt seat the gaskets correctly and now I have hydro fluid on alot of surfaces and brake fluid on alot of surfaces.and the hydro fluid has peeled the black powdercoating off of my 280 dollar arlen ness mirrors.now I have to take another day off and bring it back to them.I will update after I see what they are going to do make the situation rite or worse...... UPDATE..... ONCE I had the help of jackie the situation was handled with ease.I feel a million times better working with her.she really did care about fixing all the problems I was facing.I appreciate all that was done.I just hope nobody has to post a review to get help in the future.I do wanna say that the mechanic ryan has alot of knowledge and was happy to talk bikes with him.I suggest him as a tech if you go to livermore harley davidson.I will be going back as long as I deal with real people witth goals of customer support.THANK YOU jackie,u are a trooper..

I am already financed like I told you and you were going get back to me with a PO to take to my bank to confirm.. I will find another one to buy... I guess this is how your service is when your finance manager has a day off.. NICE follow up,, NOT!! Follow Up to Waynes Post: Sorry Wayne H but you have been LIED too. First, you were not waiting for my financing. I have been approved for weeks by my credit union. My review is EXACTLY how it went down. Mike just did NOT follow through on his end. My review was to let you (the owner) know that the lack of professionalism by Mike cost you a bike sale. I almost felt offended by your response saying that you were waiting for me, not having have pushy salesmen & there was a miscommunication. NONE of that has to do with my situation. Mike was given my contact info.and was to get me paperwork to give to my credit union for the check to be cut.. PRETTY SIMPLE.. You would have been better off saying: my guy forgot to get back to you, are you still looking for a bike, let us try and make it up to you...If Mike told you anything different from this, he is telling you LIES.. The reason I gave them a Five Star is, I called at about 3 pm on a Saturday and asked if I could have my Progressive cartridges install if I brought in my forks. Service Writer Natasha checked first and without hesitation, said to bring them in. When I got there, I asked Tech Jason to showed me how he was going to install them. He explain to me that he has done quite a few of them and told me what he was going to do which I appreciated it. Not only friendly, courteous and professional, Jason completed them in a timely matter so I was able to completely finish my motorcycle that evening. Ryan Harter is an awesome parts and service consultant, I came in with my wife on a Saturday afternoon for a back rest for my wife, we were on the Harley and it wouldnt fit in her backpack so he offered to install it for us while we waited, it took him over an hour (of his own time) to dial it all in. My wife is forever grateful she no longer has to worry about flying off the back when I pipe that 110 big bore street glide! Also, big shout out to Mike in sales for the great price on my first Harley! The whole place is a class act! I will certainly refer friends to this dealership

Had a wonderful experience the staff was friendly and helpful and professional was able to watch my son turn into more of a man than he already is and buy his first Harley Davison was a blessing to watch him ride it out of there and we loved playing the card game to get to know the staff we got a full house and one a $50 gift certificate which my son use towards his helmet once again thank you Livermore Harley Davidson for memorable and pleasant experience

Ryan did an awesome job. Fit me in last minute on the weekend and went well above. Showed me things to look for on my bike, had a lot of good information, and very knowledgeable. Christina also did an awesome job taking the time to show me the different helmets and provided her input. She was very knowledgeable and I found the helmet I liked and had the best fit. All around, best experience Ive had at any HD dealership.

I ALWAYS get great service from all of the employees, in all the departments at Livermore Harley! I came in yesterday to buy new chaps and Christina was awesome!!!....she took the time to fit me with the right size (even though she was supposed to be off work already, and even though I was being super-picky!!!...lol)...she still helped me with a smile on her face...as usual!!!
