I have over 15 years in the furniture industry. Ive worked in management for Aarons, Rentway, and managed a Ashley supercenter in Murfeesboro. I can tell you that working here as a sales person has been a rewarding experience. The customers are great and Im very happy with the quality of our product. I have seen this store bend over backwards to fix customer issues and provide high quality service. We have a solid return policy, a employee driven delivery team with almost combined two decades of experience. If you left a review with a bad experience please contact me at the store and let us look at what happened. Im surprised anyone would leave the store with an unresolved issue. Ask for Chad Rial and see what we have to offer. Jack Thomas-I read your review and the repair person cannot make that call. The guardsman protection plan covers the product for 5 years and if we no longer carry the product you receive a store credit for your purchase price. Have you contacted the store?? Im sure it can be resovled.

We looked at 5+ other furniture stores around town. Due to my husbands disability we needed very specific features in a sofa and recliner. Bruce Dixon met us at the door to help with getting my husbands wheelchair in. Other furniture stores were so crowded the wheelchair couldnt fit thru. Havertys has a good selection without feeling like a warehouse. We told Bruce what we needed, he suggested several options and then stuck with us about an hour while we checked them out, even past closing time. We bought the Easy Street power sofa and recliner and are very pleased with the quality. The delivery guys were great. They were on time, you can track their progress on line so you know when they will arrive. They were professional and polite. Would highly recommend!!

We have bought furniture from Havertys for years, mostly the AICO brand and we have NEVER had any problems. We have purchased the extended warranty when buying furniture from Havertys. A piece that we had purchased had a glass table top and it had gotten scratched a few years later. I called to have it replaced because the warranty was still in effect. I learned that they no longer carried that particular piece of glass so the company settled with me by giving me a check for the purchase price. They did not give me a hard time and I have purchased the extended warranty ever since.

purchased a JODIE RECLINING SOFA & their extra warranty in nov.2011.Foam in seat cushions has broken down, warranty tech came out & agreed since they longer carry that brand I am stuck with a worthless piece of furniture BETTER READ WARRANTY REAL GOOD OR YOU WILL BE OUT OF LUCK. they sure do not want repeat business cause the only answer I got was a furniture repair business to deal with expected a lot more from a major store. this is what I expect from a truck selling them on the side of the road. WILL NOT be taken by them again.

Walked in looking for a bedroom set, entertainment center, bookshelves... Looked around a couple minutes with no one asking if I needed help, one guy headed over to me, I saw him smirk and he changed course to the back. So I left. No sale.

As of right now I am very disappointed with customer service. Have a broken chair that I have been trying to get fixed for a month. Havertys takes no responsibility and tells me to work with the insurance group.

Used to love this place. Had a huge scratch and dent area and friendly staff. Now its a typical high pressure sales store. They do have nice furniture though.
