I got there a pet stroller. A floor rep would not let me open the box in the store to check the quality... No way he would agree to this. So I had to buy it and take it home to check if it was solid built for its price ($102). So, for sure, this item was once returned, because the box was opened before and taped, it was NOT a factory packaged. The quality was very poor... I bought a stroller before, on Amazon, of better quality for $30 and last me for only one season. So I wanted something more expensive. But this item from Petsmart that they wouldnt let me check in the store was not good. Zippers of a hood and basket did not mach! The stroller itself was very weak looking and I feel it wont last more than one season either. Now I have to go back to return it. I live 15 miles away. Nice customer help, really!

I have had my betta fish for over two years and was crushed to come home from college and find that he was suffering from severe fin rot. After doing to research I called PetSmart to find out what they would recommend. The sales associate I spoke with was extremely friendly, and listened to all of the problems I had encountered. We were on the phone for a good 15 minutes reviewing different products and figuring out if they would work with MY set up. I am extremely happy with the service I received and am grateful that she took the time to listen to my concerns. You could tell that she was well educated and informed on the products and fish diseases. I will definitely be doing business with PetSmart in the future!

I appreciate that the staff really loves animals. I also like how they support our local animal shelter and shelters in general. The product selection is usually top notch as well.

staff is more than willing to help with any of your needs but never feel overbearing, you can bring in your pets while you shop and the store never looks unorganized.
