I will never donate to this specific facility again. Im relocating to New York and have an overstuffed armchair that I wont have any room for in my new place. I figured I would donate it to help someone out instead of trashing it somewhere. Besides being dated, the chair is in top shape (no rips, no tears, no stains, etc.). I made an appt. a week ago for them to come pick it up since I have no way to bring it to them myself. The gentleman I spoke with thanked me for my generosity and told me the day they would arrive. Well, they just arrived and refused to take the chair. Even though theres no rips, etc. and it looks great, he felt the back of the chair (the side that is against the wall, not the side that you sit against) and said it felt like he could feel a spring inside that might be a little loose. That was it but still refused to take it. I didnt realize that they were that picky about DONATIONS. They seem to only want "show floor" quality material I guess. Would have been nice to know that a spring that isnt even poking through and "might" be a little loose is reason to not take a donation. I could have gotten rid of this last week and instead am now stuck having to either bring it with me or pay to junk it when its in good shape. Really sad as Im sure someone could have used it. So beware when making a donation.....if youre stuff isnt brand spanking new they will refuse it even though they make it seem like theyre appreciative on the phone.
I dont know what these other people are talking about. I was just there last weekend...i spent 164 dollars.i feel as if i robbed them. I have a huge SUV, and i packed that thing tight!!! They have great quality it smells just fine and prices are dirt cheap!! The tea cup they wanted was probably an antique and shouldnt complain about that. The customer service is short handed, which is why im actually applying there today for a job. Revert one who works there is very nice and very helpful they do not complain or have you wait. They come right to where you need then when you want them The only thing i can "complain"about would be the size of their carts..very small for when your doing big shopping! LOL

As Salvation Army thrift stores go, this is one of the better ones. Regular turnover, occasionally high-quality finds. Ive bought several vintage tuners and amps here, for example. Some furniture also of high standing and brought back to (second) life with a little work.
two best friends Porreca
We try to buy jewlery here but everytime well call and show up not 10 min after the call we arrive we are only disapointed to find a women the same women get the the bag, alomost like they call her to tell her we ae on our way....
Nice store but used to have way more selection. Also Im not a fan of how the store is arranged compared to Savers (e.g., tee shirts mixed in with all the other short sleeves).
Love to go shopping... there always something for everyone! Whats someone elses old, used things for others like me its perfect!

just note that the hours (not listed here) for the donation dock are substantially shorter than those for the retail store.
I think they price their items to match online asking price and not actual sold prices. It is sometimes too expensive.
Very large space with many racks of clothes and shoes. Three fitting rooms. Large area in back with lots of furniture.
Had an issue with prices THEY ARE EXPENSIVE AS HELL! Also the staff was very unhelpful helping to load furniture!
Love this treasure filled store... Wonderful furniture..... And if you go near a holiday they have great deals
I go there all the time. Great service, friendly staff, and Ive found lots of bargains! Highly recommend!
Bought furniture on a Monday and when I went to go pick them up they had no idea where my furniture was.
Always get something good. Usually not what Im looking for! Hahaha I will always go back. You have to.
Wasted time and gas to drive there and donate and its closed even though the hours say until 8 pm
Always seem to find cool stuff here. Not much for mens clothing. But still worth a visit
Always crowded and dreary. Checkout is slow and staff seems disinterested and resentful.
Skimp selection of mens apparel, and you can hear everyones conversations
This one is not as good as it used to be, generally mostly picked over.
Sometimes you can found a gem in there. Be ready to look for it though.
They dont have a 50% off day. Savers has one at least once a month.
Huge thrift store with rich varieties of clothing and furniture.
Great prices. Its huge. And I love the paintings on the wall.
I typically take my gently used clothing here for donating.
Good way to shop and help people at the sometime.
