Ive had plenty of experiences here and I dont say this lightly: THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE. Interested in a new motorcycle? Want a test drive? Forget about it. These guys dont allow you to test drive bikes; how are you supposed to be willing to purchase a multi-thousand dollar vehicle without knowing if youll like it?? For the record, I had a license and insurance at the time. One time, they wouldnt take 100 measly dollars off of full MSRP on a brand new bike even though I offered to PAY IN FULL on the spot.... On a separate occasion a lock mechanism on my motorcycle was acting up and they said it would cost upwards of 300$ just to "check it out," and after that they would need to order parts if necessary and charge me more. HA! I went home and disassembled the entire mechanism myself, all with having ZERO mechanic experience in 30 minutes. I showed up at the shop with the part the same day and their jaws dropped. I came back later to give them another chance and they quoted me 500$ on the install of a center stand (parts not included) on my motorcycle. I went down the street and had the install done plus an oil change AND a heated grip install for 100$ flat. Never have I seen a vehicle sales/service company so unwilling to make money. I will never purchase a vehicle from here, nor have any of mine serviced, and neither should you! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

I bought my 2014 ninja 300 abs here at MMS and I gotta say I was comfortable and under no pressure from salesmen at all. it was all about information and letting me know in great detail the differences between bikes I was looking at and options. I got the bike I wanted with only 100 miles on it (pre owned) and the price was $1000 less than brand new. I say I got a hell of a deal. I needed a co signer but other than that I look forward to going back and trading up to a bigger bike in the future. They even gave me discounts on gear for buying the bike with them which saved me lots of cash. Greg the salesman is a good guy and was very honest with how they do business and options I could take with financing. I have a blast on my ninja ever time I go riding, I cant wait to go back and trade up later. They even have a motorcycle class you can take with police officers which was a great class that I learned alot from to keep me safe on the road, Thanks MMS!

I brought my bike here to get a simple chain replacement. They quoted me at no more than $500.00 and would be done by the end of the week. A week passes and still nothing theyre waiting on the chain, I call that following Wednesday and asked for a quote and what was taking so long, the piece they ordered was discontinued and they never bothered to check then they raised the quote by more than $100.00 and guaranteed my bike would be done by 1:00PM. I called, they said itd be done at 3:00PM, I went in person and they still had not started on it. I have had to wait two weeks, pay a ridiculous amount of money and deal with the most unprofessional and laziest service that I could handle, definitely not doing business here again.

This is an existing problem. I am complaining because I am the one who helped financed the purchase of the bike. My friend was compaining to me about how he was not treated well by the owner after the bike was paid. My friend was compaining that the owner delivered the purchased bike not on the agreed address and made a promise that he will come back and drop off the bike at the right address. But he never showed up. Ang the owner is harrassing my friend when he went back to the store for some parts replacement. We will file complaints at consumer protection agency and better business bureau.

Picture this: A real avid Yamaha V-MAX owner. Proud of his super bike. Idle was a bit rough so I took it in. NOTE: This V-MAX has been under the watchful care of a REAL Yamaha Mechanic in Pueblo, Colorado for its entire life and it has purred like a BMW with response like an FA-18 being launched off an aircraft carrier. NOT ANY MORE! If you have a Harley or an ATV that is about the extent of their capability. If you have a precision bike they will charge you out the butt and screw it up.

Well iv been there great service and every thing.......i just wanted to ask the owner if he had any time to check my 2008 kfx 450r and to see how much it was going to cost me.....the problem is that my quad some times wont turn on it only turns on when i got the jumper cables on the battery and the battery is brand new and once the i take off the cabes and drive it around and turn it off it wont turn back on i will have to push start it i think its a fues or a sensor

If you have any type of Issue with your bike i would strongly advise against taking it here, i had a zx14 that had some electrical issues and threw an error code, send it to the shop, they gave it back to me with a 6 hr labor charge to tape some wires that were cut by the rear wheel, my bike also didnt run and was throwing the same error code i took it in with. Trust me your going to get overcharged and probably nothing will be fixed.

Went in to get an oil filter. Was greeted by someone on the floor who asked if he could help and actually walked me back to the service desk and got somebody to help me. Great customer service even though I wasnt there to spend a lot of money.
