Was disappointed...my great aunt came into this warehouse store a few months back to get me a pair of work dress shoes. She came out $100 less and the shoe was dry rotted on the heel! I literally took it to church and the heel just started crumbling on me how embarrassing! As it was nearing the 14-15 day return policy I took it up there the next day/that night and got a full refund. They were nice enough to give me a full refund and offered credit or cash. I took cash and went to famous footwear. Didnt see anything at famous footwear so I eventually ended up at payless shoe store in Griffin GA where I live and purchased some work boots that could be used as a casual dress shoes by Dexter. As far as K&D shoe warehouse facility itself looks very professional and clean. Employees are helpful and polite. When I was up there fairly late at night though I also dont believe the person shouldnt be talking to her manager on the phone talking about profit/loss for the day...

Great selection with relatively good discounts. They carry hard to find sizes too! The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. They will work with you and order if they dont have what you need. I have had to return items and had no problem as long as they were in new condition. I buy all my shoes there. It is well worth the drive.

Nice store but horrible customer service! I bout a pair of $60 shoes for work. I wore them 2 days they were the worst shoes I have ever wore in my life! I called to ask about returning them. I was basically told buy the owner that she doesnt care about customer service and will not exchange the shoes if they cant be resold for her profit!

Had to get a new pair of work boots. Joel spent a lot of time with me making sure I made the right decision. He definitely knew a lot about boots, styles, foot types, insoles, and comfort. They also had the best selection of any shoe place Ive been here. Ask for Joel if you need some work boots

I bought a pair of Magnum boots there about 3 years ago and am going to get another pair today. Ive been back several times to get socks, tennis shoes...etc. I find that thier staff to be very helpful every time Ive gone there...which is the main reason I go there. .:Rock:.

Best shoe store on the east side of Atlanta. Great selection for both men and women, plus good prices. They sell more than shoes; you can also find a nice purse or blouse here as well. I recommend that you visit, you wont be disappointed.

Huge, huge shoe selection. Always find great shoes. The ones that fit me are a little pricey. I wear 10w or 9ww and need arch support. Great womens croc selection, Taos, and Naot just to name a few.
