Just bought a washing machine and after I asked the sales person several times if I can return it if I dont like it he repeatedly said there is a 30 day return policy. Sadly contracts are the loop holes these days; you almost need a lawyer with you ever time one does a little business deal. So my delivery guys brought it and upon a better look it is a smart washing machine that doesnt work if my comforters are too big to go in there. I dont want to go to the laundromat to wash my comforters so this washing machine wasnt right for me. I called the supervisor and told him I would be returning it and I asked my guys if they could please take it back the same day and they agreed. But to my surprise they sent my guys back to me with the washing machine. I was irate as my guys attempted to explain to me that the supervisor said I couldnt return it without a technician coming to check to make sure its in good condition. He had ever opportunity to say that before I bought it and before I sent it back to the store but he didnt say that one bit he said I should have checked the contract. Im 70 years of age and i didnt fathom contracts telling me anything different than what he was saying... HE LIED and now he is saying I can only exchange it. Im so disappointed I dont know what to do. Ill keep you posted because it just happen today. Wish me luck because at my age I need it

Ive purchased 9 appliances for rental properties at Sears outlet over the past 3 years and have never had a problem with any of them. Its a great way to get new, name brand appliances at great prices. Ive found that the customer service at the Fairview Heights store is amazing, miles above the Fenton, MO store. When I bought a dishwasher last fall a store associate took photos of the dents in the appliance I wanted to buy and texted them to me on her personal cell phone. Last week I called the store to find a washer. The one I bought ended up being at the Fenton store. Fenton called to set it up and said BTW the control panel is cracked, something that happened AFTER the machine had been refurbished and they expected me to continue my purchase of it because it was the only one of that model left. I told them to forget it and called the Fairview Heights store back. Richard, the manager, was able to sell me the same type of washer but with a higher capacity for the same price since the one Id originally bought had additional damage. They really go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of at this store!!

Joe and LA are the best! I wouldnt buy from anyone else. They answered my questions, my friends questions on the phone and all the questions I found online. This is my second purchase from here. I went to 7 other stores before I remembered they were here. Now Im the proud owner of a Craftsman Rider!

Do not purchase items from this store and choose delivery. Their delivery drivers were rude to my contractor, and when I called to complain, the manager for the delivery service was even more rude than his employees. Shockingly poor customer service from their delivery company.

I love this place. You can get new appliances for good price. If you dont mind a small dent/scratch. I believe that they make their money trying to sell protection plans. They put more effort in selling plans than the actual products.
