This is an outstanding supermarket and pharmacy. The selection is extensive, the store is immaculate, and the staff--everyone from deli workers, meat department personnel, cashiers, and pharmacists--is superb. Everyone is professional and friendly. The prices are fantastic--for example, in the pharmacy, prescriptions are a fraction (a small fraction, too!) of what they are in major chain pharmacies. Id been told by several people to use another supermarket a mile or so down the road, but having been in Hannaford, I cant imagine why Id want to go elsewhere.

Hannaford in Old Town is clean, pleasant, and friendly. Most of the staff are smiling and personable, and genuinely like to be helpful. As supermarkets go, you can pretty much always find what youre looking for, and Hannaford receives daily shipments of fresh foods including produce, meat, seafood, and baked goods. Definitely my long time favorite place to shop!

I went when they opened....seafood area not opened... Waited 6 minutes at the delie...I was the only one in line, Then walked away. Place was clean. Check out person very fast and pleasant.

This supermarket is good and the prices are a little high but not to high. Its a convenience more than anything. I prefer going to the Union Street Hannaford Market when possible.

Its a grocery store. They offer a solid produce section (like all Hannafords). Its smaller than the Hannaford by the Airport but larger than the one by the Bangor Mall.
