I tore my screen about two months ago and noticed that this store got good reviews. I brought the screen in to be repaired and had to pay for the work upfront and in full. I was told it would take approx. 6 weeks. Two months later I did not hear anything so I called and was told it was not done and did not know the status of it. I was informed I would be called the following week. I received a call a week later and was told they only had two pieces of my screen and asked if I had the other two. I had dropped off all of the parts of my screen, so they had lost two parts. I was also informed that they couldnt fix the screen. In addition to losing parts of my screen, I have now waited over two months to be told it cant be fixed! I am not sure why I was not informed of this when I dropped the screen off. I am extremely frustrated, especially since I have to go pick up what is left of my screen that was not lost by, and go somewhere else and get a new screen. This will now take more time out of my schedule AND I still cant open my window because I dont have a scree.

I am a regular usually 1-2 times a week for whatever my company needs which changes day to day.Most imes they have what I need or can order quickly so its painless.I also want to thank the staff from Stephen on down for always having a pleasant attitude even on those tough days when its a zoo.Also like to say its a dog friendly zone which is awesome as they always have cookies and a friendly pat for the hounds.Thank you so much for all that you do its appreciated. Weve lived less than a mile from Robinsons for about 10 Years and LOVE the store and staff. They have EXCELLENT service, a great selection, and despite what you may think, prices that are in the least competitive w/the big box stores. I have fully renovated our home...which was a MESS....by purchasing most of my needs at Robinsons and Larken Lumber a few blocks away. And no, I am not an employee. Dont waste your time wandering HD and Lowes. Shop here. They remember you, and that makes a HUGE difference.

I found this place after constantly being told by Lowes employees that I would have to go to Robinsons Hardware to find what I want. Robinsons had what I wanted, everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful, and in the future I will shop here first. **They copy smart car keys (with the chips in them) at a huge discount over what the dealership wants to charge you. I got my car key copied at half of what my dealership wanted and saved $90.

I have gone to Robinsons for 20 years. I have often gone in with a problem and no real solution in mind, and almost every time they have helped me solve a problem with know-how and creative thinking. Whether its Kim or Greg, or now the next generation, they are always thinking, always helpful and they know every inch of their store. Its a true neighborhood store, and I mean that in the best possible way.

Bought a new Stihl Chainsaw here a few weeks back. Good knowledgable people and plenty to choose from. They helped me set the saw up and walked me through how to use it and care for it properly. They also set it up with oil and gas to get started. I am heading back this weekend to ask them to service our snowblower. This is a great local store.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I like trying here before going to the big stores. Usually have most everything I need and I can save the longer drive. Definitely go here for the Stihl dealership as well as propane refills.
