Brought my car in for service. After diagnosing and replacing a secondary air pump I received a call that my car was ready. A few hours later it was discovered that there was a valve that they claim was also the issue. Lucky me, two parts simultaneously fail. In any event, I had to ask for a loaner car, they did not come out and offer one to me. After the repairs were done, I asked them to breakdown the labor costs since they lumped it all into one line item. They did not do that and did not follow up with me. The car is running fine, which I should point out. The job was completed, but it was a hassle and I feel like I overpaid for what I received. Id think twice before returning.
