Consequently when I come in to shop they seem to be out of the products Im looking for this is happened on more than one occasion. One night I came in looking for whole milk around midnight. They had many selections of 1% 2% milk but no whole milk. Came in the other day to get ingredients to make chili they have been out of Kroger Brand chili sauce for 2 days had not been stocked wanted beef broth not sodium free or fat free The regular beef broth was out of stock, Krogers had shelves full of sodium free and fat-free beef broth. The other day I went in to use the mens restroom this is around 2 in the afternoon the mens room was a complete mess one of the toilets need to clean in the worst way. The worklist sheet hanging on the mens room being initialed for cleaning had not been cleaned in a three-hour period of time. The store needs help in restocking. The night I was trying to find whole milk a gallon I would have settled for pints or quarts but they had none reminded me of photos of East Germany when people would go shopping the shells would be emptied. This particular store definitely needs help in keeping the shelves stocked when you say something to management they say well were having trouble getting help next time Ill take a picture and post

A busy branch thats my favorite in the area. Its large enough to have a great selection, but not an overwhelming super store. Their stock is usually kept up and has quite a bit of variety. They do a nice job of anticipating the number of cashiers so that even during peak hours, its never much of a wait upon checkout. I love their organic section, too. And the cashiers and staff are always friendly. I ding it one star because sometimes its not super clean like some of the higher end grocery stores, and sometimes the bagging process values speed over undented bananas. Still my favorite locale.

This store is the worst Krogers I have ever been in. I used to shop at Buehlers, and figured when they went out of business I would give Krogers a try. The shelves are constantly empty. I thought at first that it was because of the holidays, but when the same shelves are empty two weeks in a row after the holidays, thats just poor management, considering they have a warehouse right up the road!! I am done with Krogers and will be shopping at Walmart or Meijer.

I called ahead and spoke to their Asst. Manager and Grocery worker to save boxes. I was told yes amdnto pick them up in the morning and if I needed more to let them know. The head front end now change the story that they dont save boxes-basically lazy. Do not tell me one thing and change a story just say they messed up and forgot to leave my boxes. Waste of my time, reason why I prefer Costco

Convenient, decent produce and meat. Gave it only 3 stars, because 1) it is more expensive than Walmart, Meijer, or Aldis. 2) this place is frequently out of basic staples like bread, milk, eggs, Etc, especially between 7 and 9. Sometimes the store looks like a hurricane went through it, even though there was no significant weather event or holiday.

Typical big box Kroger store, great deals, decent produce and meat selection. Store is usually stocked pretty well so selection shouldnt be a problem. Store is only average on cleanliness, and the staff is usually less than par in terms of helpfulness. The great deals on products keep the store in good shape.

Good overall grocery store, but it is lacking in upscale goods in their deli, beer/wine, and butcher areas. Theres not much selection in the Delaware area for quality groceries and I had higher hopes for this Kroger location. Its still a good location for everyday shopping and has a Starbucks located inside.

I love how convenient this Kroger is to our home. We are usually able to find everything we need. There have been a couple of times where we went in and Kroger was out of staple items like milk, but most of the time we are able to walk away with everything on our list.

The layout of this store is frustrating. It always seems like there are pallets and boxes in the way every time Im there. I hate walking by the junky toy department just to get to the other side of the store. I wish a quality store like Buehlers was still around.

I hate this place but right now its the only supermarket on the west side of town. Their olive selection is not bad. The cheese selection looks good but for reasons I do not understand the cheese frequently has a soapy taste. Meat section is miserable.

From all the krogers in the area this is the most friendly that I found. Workers are always helping if you need something, so the customer service is great. They got a meat pantry, fish pantry, the bakery and the forestry. Also, US bank and money center.

Everyone is very friendly and the store is usually very well stocked and clean.... I am a night owl shopper so the 24 hr availability is perfect for my schedule! The stocking staff are super helpful and they share the isles with shoppers easily.

The store is well later out. The checkout process is the part of shopping that everyone hates but here they have most of the lanes open and quick. They are always accommodating when u cant find something. I like shopping here

Good variety of goods and the food looks fresh. Helpful and nice customer service. Better then other Krogers in town. Produce is fresh and clean, deli is friendly and helpful. Good place to shop.

This is my favorite Kroger in Delaware. It always had everything I need to stock my pantry. The Starbucks and sushi spot add a nice touch. Large layout, nothing is to hard to find.

Friendly people work here, always helpful, great prices! The pharmacy is better priced than Wal-Mart, a prescription at Wal-Mart was 125, the same one at Kroger was 75!

Great grocery. They do need work on knowing what they have and getting you checked out quick. The fuel station is very handy...good price. Quick to use, ok car wash.
