I purchased a starter for my Ford Taurus less than a year ago with the warranty, the starter died and when I went to exchange it they told me that I have a warranty for an older model Taurus starter!! Impossible since I have owed only this car for the last 5 years. They did not honor the warranty, Im reporting them to the better business bureau in the morning!

Horrible no one there knows dick about cars, the people that did know, dont work there anymore, dont go there if you need parts in waterbury go to NAPA or Advance dont come here I promise you, you will regret it!!

Wait time is long if there are more than 2 customers which is usually the case. In rare occasion Ive seen 3 registers open. Good for quick fixes and building your tool set tho.

There is an older gentleman who works here. He is probably the slowest worker Ive ever dealt with but he is by far the most helpful. Awesome service!!
