Their quick to sell you a car, because they know your desperate, then they f*** you by making you pay every other week. If you add the payment for the month, your paying twice as much then you would be paying at any other dealership, and for a newer year at that. I always make my payments on time, but Im in a bind and I cant pay it till next two weeks along with the other payment that will be due. You try to explain to them that life happens and things come up that we dont plan, and they WONT work with you. They start telling you that they cant do that cuz the car is due the day the contract says, and your facing chances of your car getting repo. And my car is almost close to being paid off. They do not understand that things happen and that things come up. Youll be lucky if they even give you a day extension. Getting a car with them is like a nightmare or a relationship that you cant wait to be over

Im writing this review so everyone knows whats up. The cars on the lot seem to be in alright shape, but the websites description of their car care definitely oversell it. The experience isnt very user friendly. No prices on cars, and no salesman comes out to speak with you, so you have to go inside and ask for assistance. If you are looking for a cash car, this isnt really the place. Cars are priced well over retail, some even double retail value. A 10 year old Corolla shouldnt cost $10k+. So you pay extremely high prices. They are clearly all about financing. The advantage is that they provide a warranty with their cars, but at what cost? You could buy 2 of the same car for their asking prices! If you need a decent car and dont mind financing, maybe this is the place for you, but I would recommend saving cash and buying the same vehicles somewhere else if you can do it.

The APR is over priced. And dont let them sweet talk you. Read your contract throughly because it just might not be the deal they advertise. And also, be very clear about your down-payment. I told the sales representative one thing and the financial dept put 1,000 more than what I said. Also, when its time for you to get your title and plates, its not the same they tell you to come in. Ill never go to another JD BYRIDER again. They say that theyre here to help people but they really do charge alot. A car payment for 250$ by weekly is asking for alot when this company says theyre here to help out. Youd be just as good buying a car as is and taking care of it yourself. Glad I dont have to deal with them anymore.

Dont have a GPS in the cars they say they do but they LIE. Dont even have a towing service to pick up their own car. They well tell what you want to hear on the phone and then when you go in person everything is a LIE. If you have insurance though their company and file claim they will take forever to help you You have to call them a lot. JENNIFER WALKER is WARNING you to stay away from this place. They had me miss work for Bulls hit they couldve told us over the phone. DONT do business with them. Their cars are ONKY worst $1500 and they charge you $14,000.

Went in looking for a car. Grew up on the south side and always passed this place but never stopped. Im really glad i did. I thought they were gonna be rude but it was the opposite. Mary (the manager i think) and Gabby were extreamly nice. It was kinda weird seeing women know more about cars then me. But they were so helpful. They asked me a couple questions i never would have thought about. Like where i saw myself in three years. I put in an app and now im juat waiting. Hopefully everything goes well.

All the ladies were nice and courteous . They made me feel welcome. Merry Pena and Michelle Ortiz helped me to get a car that I wanted and didnt try to put me in a car that I didnt like. They were very honest with me and didnt do no lying at all. That is good business. If you are looking for a car and tired of ridding the bus. This is the place to buy car. And when you do, talk to Merry Pena and Michelle Ortiz . They wont let you leave without a car. Im glad I came here .

Wish i could give it a 5 star i got the car a little over a month ago & ive had to take it 3 times for various reasons that they should have fixed before we even got the car, i told them when i step on the brakes it vibrates even before we even bought the car thinking theyll fix it the lockes didnt work when i took it in today they finally fixed the locks but now the passenger door wont open from the inside

I was fortunate enough to get a car I actually wanted. Daniel was very helpful and I cant argue with my payments. I like the warranty Im set up with however, I have had trouble getting in touch with the person who will help me repair minor flaws on my car. I recommend them though. Just be patient with the inventory if you can.

We had been trying different dealers but to no avail...JD Byrider..actually served us great and did everything they said they would do...i got lil irritated..but they stayed on top of there game...Very Professional and caring...Thanks yall at JD Byrider....we now have a hope to restore our credit...but mostly Thank you JESUS

Michelle Ortiz was our consultant, we went in just to look and ask if we could finance a second carefully. We had not paperwork with us but she helped us get everything we needed online and we drove off the little in a 2010 Ford Focus! Some happy with the service and will definitely recommend her over and over.
