La Fiesta Motors is lucky to receive one star from our family. While improving credit dealership will sell you a car. Other than selling us the car this dealership is a nightmare to interact with. The payment system, or the lack of payment system, combined with poor customer service should be the reason you avoid this dealership. Our family gets paid biweekly and explained this to each person who we spoke with to pay bill. They ask you to pay weekly, but we were assured paying 2 payments biweekly (and never missing payment) wouldnt be a problem. We are 2 months away from having the car paid off (3 year plan). Today we still get called every week, as if we are missing payment, and treated like car thieves. My husband has calmly explained the situation to every person who has called for over 1 year. They always tell us they will "note the account" about our biweekly payments. But we still get pushy, "collection-like" calls every week. Did I mention we have never missed a biweekly payment? La Fiesta has the capability to turn off your car remotely. Because they have not communicated our payment arrangement with each other or noted our account, our car has been turned off by mistake several times. Until 2 months ago La Fiesta was mailing our payment receipt that also contains remaining balance, etc. Without notice they stopped mailing them. There was no way to know our balance, or have record of payment with them. When we asked about it they said "we no longer mail receipt, you can drive here to get it." We live 40 minutes away from this dealership in San Antonio. We have also been told "they arent using their money for a stamp to mail it." We asked for them to email it. They couldnt or didnt have the capability to do that either. So we are left at taking their word for our remaining balance or driving 40 min one direction to collect a payment receipt. There is no manager present to speak with ever, and when we raised an issue of the ethics of their business we were hung up on. (She forgot we were also calling to make a payment. So we called her back.) They cant mail a receipt, but being at the end of our payments they can certainly send solicitations asking us to buy another car from them. Laughable. NO! NEVER AGAIN.

These people are thiefs. We bought a car from here, payed 500 a month for almost 3 years. We owed 1700 total to pay the car off. My wife got sick and we missed a payment. They put the car up for repo. The day the car got repossessed we made a payment and they did not call off the repo. The repo man smashed the whole front of the car, and said that i ran into the wrecker. La FIesta decided to charge us with the bill. So now instead of 1700 to pay of the car, we owed 5600. And they gave us less than 2 weeks to pay it off. And to top it off they put a repo on our credit which completly ruind our chances of buying a house. I hope this helps anyone who is looking for a car stay as far away from these people as possible. These people are straight thiefs.

Ive recommend to many friends. Juat recently Ive had issues,I feel the customer service over the phone needs to be worked on. I work in customer service and Ill tell you what, I would never answered my clients calls with a monotone voice and tell them hold on and quickly put them on hold. Give them a reason while youre placing them on hold . Example " hello mr. Smith let me place you on a brief hold while I open your file" And the way phones are being answered? "La fiesta auto sales " Proper way should be at least " thank you for calling la fiesta auto sales, my name is _____ how can I help you? Hopefully this gets taken into consideration, little things go a long way.

OUT FOR YOUR MONEY! got a 2008 Saturn vue in 2015 to which I agreed to pay $15,000 for through $500 monthly payments, unknowingly that the vehicle was only worth $8000. Ive had multiple issues with the vehicle that cost out of pocket, amounting to over +$3000 in just one year. at the time of purchase, I was in need of a vehicle fast so I did not look into the dealership as much as I should have, ill admit. but I would definitely encourage all other considering buyers to look at all other options before making a final decision. Although I will say, in the year ive done business the customer service has improved.

If I could give less of a star, I would. The cashier is always rude on the phone or in person. Sales reps seem nice as if they care about you, but once the deal is closed that can no longer help with anything else. Over priced, under quality, and over all a terrible experience. Would not encourage anyone to do business with this company, as they do not go about things in a business manner.

This is by far the worst place to finance a car; interst super high, you pay with a 3 day late, and they call you like 20 times in a day; they lecture you about being in time to pay even when previously explained why; like if you are a kid.. WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR! Better apply in a Agency; at least they work with you and dont harassed you.

My Experience was awesome! i went in there thinking I wouldnt get approved! Next thing you know The sales Manager called me with the Good news that i was APPROVED!! even with my credit o was able to get into a nice Impala! this place is a rip off.. they said they wanted 2000 down for a vehicle i get there and they told me 3000 when on the window says 2000. dont go these people. they wanted over 500 a month for a payment when there add on craigslist said something different ....dont trust this place

I have a complaint about Monica they should get rid of her I wouldnt recommend nobody to buy a vehicle there they treat you like S***!!! She is very rude. She should be fired!! She acts like she owns the place and she just works there. Thank you.

Yes very horrible extremely over priced had got a silverado 2006 for 16000 had an oil leak day we got it never could get an appt. To fix it always to packed..it broke down.
